She was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I had two appointments with Jon - the estimate and the stain sample. He made a very good first impression. He was friendly and personable. He answered all my questions and communicated the plan to me very well. After I accepted the quote, he came back for the stain sample. He was timely and quickly sanded down an area of the floor to show me the options. He gave me his knowledgeable opinion of the best options based on my wants and needs. I appreciated that he took those extra few minutes to talk through the options as I was unsure which stain to choose that would best blend with existing wood floor stains. We ended up going with the stain he suggested and weâ re very happy with the choice. Josiah and another contractor came to do the job. They were timely and got down to business right away. Josiah was a great lead on the project. He was friendly, answered all my questions, and kept me posted on progress throughout the three days of the job. The crew did a fantastic job refinishing the floors and installing transitions and new baseboards. They left the place clean and didnâ t leave any garbage or scrap materials behind.
