"The plumber came when he said he would and did a good job fixing my toilet and faucet. The cost of the toilet repair was reasonable, but I was surprised how much the faucet leak cost. It was $170 to replace two valve cartridges, which took about 15 minutes total. I thought that was high. But at least the faucet is fixed now and the job got done promptly."

They showed up, diagnosed the problem within 5 minutes and had the new tank with them. They installed it and the whole process was done in less than an hour. They were very friendly and answered all my questions. The cost was less than I paid for the exact same problem I had at my Cottage about 2 years ago. "I honestly wanted to spend $$$$.00 on replacing my Marlo Clear Flo II system or rebedding it which wasn't working properly. He convinced me that I didnt need that high end of system based on water test that he performed. He configured my water softener firmware to regen less as it was using tons of salt. Wanted me to try that for a month and if it didnt fix the issue he would come back to sell a single tank oxydizer/resin. I wanted to spend money and he didnt want me to waste it. He's my plumber for the rest of my life! You won't find a more honest and knowledgeable plumber with Marlo Softeners and water systems. He is the son-in-law of Anthony Peters who worked on my Marlo Softeners like 10+ years ago."
