I've been very impressed by the quality of their products and the expertise of their plumbers with installation. They are on time and personable. I've had Chad twice and he is thorough, neat and answers all of my questions. Price-wise? They are worth every penny! My only complaint is a service charge for an expensive installation.

The service performed was satisfactory but the charge was outrageous. We supplied faucets and toilets. Instead of charging by the hour, we were charged per faucet and toilet. The plumber was there only 3 1/2 hours and besides a basket strainer for the kitchen sink and a very small amount of piping, the labor charge came close to 300 per hour and we were charged over $1,200. We called to complain so they took 10% off of bill but this plumber more than double of competitors. Don’t use them!

overall good, we needed a part and it was recommended to pick one up which couldn't find in store under name given. Saved us money but just time consuming to find.

I woke up to no hot water & asked them to check it out. They were at my house within 3 hours. I decided to replace the unit rather than repair it since it was already significantly past the average life expectancy of one. The service man was polite, fast & did such a great job at cleaning up you'd never have known he was there. I would highly recommend this company.

The plumber assessed the problem and told me two options we could take and told me the cost of each. He recommended the the easier less costly option. That was nice of him, because some contractors just go ahead and do the most expensive job without giving you a few options. All was taken care of and he said if he has to come out again to do the more expensive option he would not charge a service fee. All is working well and he did a good job cleaning up.

Heat, Water, and Lights; when these fail you don't want to hear "We will see what we can do?"; you want to hear "We will be there at this time and we will fix it and get you taken care of!" The later is the response I received this AM from Kummers plumbing. From the moment I spoke with Jackie, I knew I would be taken care of, and my household would only be inconvenienced for the shortest amount of time humanly possible. From organizing the City services to shut off the water t,o coordinating with the City to finish the job; Kummers took care of it all in less than 3 hours! Furthermore, Steve Labs was the plumber who handled the job and did what can only be described as a phenomenal job. Not only did he explain exactly what needed to be done, but he shared with me the step by step process as I watched. His customer service and personable manner made the entire negative experience of having your basement water main valve burst, actually an overall enjoyable experience. Steve is a great guy with a great demeanor! Without a doubt, should I ever need a plumber again, Kummers will be getting the call. John arrived on time, was pleasant. He listened to what I needed, and explained my options. His work was quick and efficient. He was concerned with keeping the area neat and clean. When I called to make an appointment, I was able to get the date and time I needed without difficulty. I would very definitely use Vern Kummers Plumbing again.

Provided service same day as called. Very professional, got the pipes cleaned, had to work with pipes in the basement to thoroughly clean them out.

John from Vern came out to look at my problem and found the issue right away. He was super friendly and knowledgable. I felt very comfortable with him in my home. He worked quickly and efficiently and I feel very confident that the job was done correctly. I will definitely call Vern Kummers Plumbing for any future needs.

I bought a little house probably around 1983/84. The people that owned the place had it coming in aluminium pipes, gasoline in an aluminum pipe. I had them come in and put in a black line and I had them put up some stuff for a washer and a dryer, the water lines and stuff. They've done a little bit of work for me over the years, this and that. They've always treated me fair, they've always done great work. I've always been really pleased with what they do because they do what I tell them to do. "Don't put the washer and dryer over there because I want it over here," and that is where they put it. So they're real cooperative, real friendly. I always get the price before I have them do the work. It was very fair. They did great work for me. It has always stayed the same, it has always been good quality work at a fair price.

Very good very good and  they charge reasonable fees and I used them all the time if I have a problem  and these guys are as courteous and friendly as the Hurchman guy they are very nice they know what they are doing they know how to take care of a problem they don't spend all day trying to figure out what's wrong they can usually figure out really quick and they do their job and they leave I don't want them hanging around here all day trying to get out of work running my bill up. It was fair it's got to be fair are I wont deal with them, they were here on time they did their work they cleaned up their mess they even wiped up like floor if there is any water or any debris from whatever they were fixing they just take care of everything.

When I reported it to be broke the had it fixed with in a day. Snow removal is top notch.

Went great. One needed replacing the other could have been fixed. He gave me price on the fix and I chose to replace it.

Hose broke in kitchen and sink had to be replaced. Called for emergency service. They sent out someone the next morning.

Started having backup problems in basement floor when doing washing, shower usage downstairs, heard toilet gurgling in the night, etc. They sent Steve out the next day and he used the large mechanical snake to go through pipe to the main outlet. It fixed the problem for one month then the backup happened again. After calling, they sent Steve back out the first thing the next morning. This time he used a camera through the pipe and found the blockage. He cleared it out and explained why it was occurring. We are no longer using Charmin in the downstairs bathroom since the camera showed where things could hung up. The work was warrantied from the month before so there were no additional charges. We have had no problems with backup since. Steve was professional and his experience and knowledge resolved the problem. He also took away my fears that my septic had major issues after I was googling to find what could be causing the backup. I have recommended to my friends to call them if they ever need a plumber.

I'm on their silver plan where they come twice a year and check out the plumbing. They've been very good. I like their cleanliness, professional ability, workmanship obviously and promptness.

Jake was a professional from the start. He came in, listened to what the problem was, then gave us a couple of ways we could proceed. Once we made a decision, he went right to work and completed the job. Jake also pointed out some other areas in the basement that could use some improvement.
