Fox Valley Cleaners
About us
In addition to utilizing the highest quality equipment and cleaning solutions, Fox Valley Cleaner’s Technicians use a multi step process composed of the industry best practices. We utilize a continual improvement process which helps us to maintain high quality standards and continually improve our services and techniques. Because our service is so specialized to specific fiber and soil types, we may request an on-sight carpet inspection prior to cleaning so that we can match our service to your needs for the best overall results. Most companies have watered down this multi step process into a “professional cleaning” that only loosely resembles a proper cleaning. For this reason, many people that have used non-certified firms have experienced very poor results thereby diminishing their perspective of the industry that we love. “I had Fox Valley Cleaners clean the carpets and furniture in my Chiropractic office and I cannot say enough about the great job they do. Their honest, hard working crew made my office look like new again. I will be using their services in the future and I would recommend them without reservation for any of your cleaning needs.” - Dr. Matthew Clover, D.C. Neenah “We’ve used Fox Valley Cleaners before & will continue in the future do to Great People, Great Service, Great Results ” – Jeannine K. Appleton “The service was excellent! My carpets haven’t looked this nice since I moved into my home two years ago. I have a cat and a dog, and the spots that I didn’t think would be able to be removed were even gone. I will highly recommend Fox Valley Cleaners to family and friends!” – Stephanie B. Appleton “I can tell you that we used a competitor for many years prior to trying Fox Valley Cleaners and from the phone call to the cleaning, we were extremely impressed with the level of service and quality of work performed. Two thumbs up. You just added another lifetime customer to your list. We will also be recommending your service to family and friends. Thanks Again!!” – Michelle S. Neenah

They are excellent. I have a dog and three cats and my carpet is fourteen years old and it looks like new every time they are done. They are well worth every penny and they are kind of hard to get into because they stay pretty busy but they are definitely worth the money.
"We live for the Happy Dance!! Thank you so much!!! Made my day!!"
"I read your review this morning regarding your experience with our company and I am truly sorry for our presentation and poor results. This is the first that I have heard of this and I will be looking into what happened. The employees that did the cleaning for you on 7/23/12 are no longer with our company. I feel that our current staffing is a much better representation of the quality service that we are striving to give our customers. I see that a follow up review of the job was done on the following day but it was not properly documented so that I could review the findings. As a certified company we must conduct our follow up investigation in writing and that process does not stop until the customer is satisfied with the conclusion repair/refund …etc. My goal has been 100% customer satisfaction since I started this company and I am both disappointed and embarrassed by what happened. I am not sure what happened with the subsequent follow up. Perhaps this employee chose to hide things from me regarding the quality of his work. Either way, I would have made a quick effort to earn your satisfaction had it been brought to my attention. I am sending out a full refund today for the $105.00 you had paid plus another $150.00 in gift cards. I promise you that you will have a much better experience the next time around and I hope that you will take advantage of the gift cards I am sending. As you can see by our other Angie’s List reviews and our 2012 Super Service Award, we work very hard to garner the satisfaction of our customers. I understand if you choose not to use our services again, as you stated that you would not, but I hope that you will reconsider. Again, I am truly sorry and embarrassed for your experience with our company."
"Please see company response to customer’s first review. Services were completed properly the first time. It was expected that some spotting and discoloration would occur during the drying process due to contamination from the padding wicking to the surface. It had been explained from day 1 that additional spot cleaning may be needed once carpets had completely dried. Thank you Rick for your professionalism with this job. Thank you to our customer for allowing us the opportunity to earn your business. Overall, we feel that our policies and procedures in dealing with pet odors reflect positively on the training that we have received through our certification process. We consider any review of less than an “A” as an opportunity to improve on our processes. Currently, we are unaware of any additional options for treating padding contamination aside from what we are currently offering our customers but we will continue to work with our vendors in researching new technologies."
I will not be using these guys again.
The only negative was that they had us sign a form saying that if they broke anything they were not responsible for any cost. This did give us pause and may have look elsewhere in the future. It is a shame because they did a good job but I feel that they should be responsible for any damage they cause.
"Thank you very much for the opportunity to earn your business. We certainly appreciate your feedback on this positive experience. In regards to the work order approval which includes the Exclusion of Incidental, Consequential and Certain Other Damages, I would like to clarify. This is a standard inclusion in any work order agreement that protects a company such as Fox Valley Cleaners from opportunistic claims. It is our company policy that should any damage occur to a customer’s property while performing our duties, we will first bring the matter to the attention of the home/business owner and then document and photograph damages to be submitted to our insurance company. Our employees are very careful on the job, however, that does not completely eliminate the possibility of damage occurring. We do ask that customers remove any breakables or valuables from areas that we will be working in to help minimize the risk. This exclusion should not deter any customers from using our service as our written policies and procedures clearly state our intention to conduct business with honesty and integrity. Furthermore, it does not excuse or hold us harmless in the event of any negligence on the part of one of our employees. Thank you again for your continued trust and business."
