He cleaned and sanitized 10+ vents, HVAC system, returns, supply lines, main line, and the dryer vent which was on the roof. Install was fairly quick (2 days for removal and installation) a quality and efficient job. After leaving, I noticed they hadn't installed PVC drainpipe off the emergency relief valves, not a big deal, but Steve is coming back out to rectify that issue for me 4 days after my call. I got a 2 year parts and labor warranty as well. They boilers work work great, much better efficiency."
