He cleaned and sanitized 10+ vents, HVAC system, returns, supply lines, main line, and the dryer vent which was on the roof. While not the least expensive contractor, Steve, and Son exceeded my expectations simply by meeting them! They arrived one time and did everything they said they were going to do. With unseasonably cold weather in October, I was initially a bit apprehensive at the prospect of having no heat for a few days while a replacement system was installed. I wondered if they would be able to complete this project in a timely manner, as they said they would. My worries were for naught. There were no surprises and no surprise expenses ... no nickle-and-diming when Guardian needed an extra part or fitting ... no drama. Guardian simply got the job done. And they did it beautifully. They took care to minimize the time I would be without water and without heat. After installation, they thoroughly tested the unit. The next day, they checked back to ensure that I was satisfied with its performance. They also cleaned up reasonably when they were done and were carefully not to damage my property, as they moved large, heavy pieces of equipment and tools around. In summary: a big Thumbs Up for Guardian heating and Cooling, LLC!"
