We got an appointment for an installation about 10 days away (it couldn't get here soon enough). The crew arrived at 8:30 on the designated. They removed the old unit, strung new hoses to the furnace unit, did a bit of duct fabrication, and were on the way to their next job by noon. They were very efficient, kept us in the loop about what they were going to do, and worked around piles of boxes that hadn't been moved in 20 years. They did a great job and they are now our regular HVAC choice."

I wondered if they would be able to complete this project in a timely manner, as they said they would. My worries were for naught. There were no surprises and no surprise expenses ... no nickle-and-diming when Guardian needed an extra part or fitting ... no drama. Guardian simply got the job done. And they did it beautifully. They took care to minimize the time I would be without water and without heat. After installation, they thoroughly tested the unit. The next day, they checked back to ensure that I was satisfied with its performance. They also cleaned up reasonably when they were done and were carefully not to damage my property, as they moved large, heavy pieces of equipment and tools around.
