If the new unit continues to perform as well as it is presently, and Guardian service continues to be this excellent in the years ahead, I will be a happy camper and pat myself on the back for having been smart enough to hire them. :-) The unit they replaced was built by a highly-regarded manufacturer that had been installed by another highly regarded contractor by the previous owners of my home. I wondered if they would be able to complete this project in a timely manner, as they said they would. My worries were for naught. There were no surprises and no surprise expenses ... no nickle-and-diming when Guardian needed an extra part or fitting ... no drama. Guardian simply got the job done. And they did it beautifully. They took care to minimize the time I would be without water and without heat. After installation, they thoroughly tested the unit. The next day, they checked back to ensure that I was satisfied with its performance. They also cleaned up reasonably when they were done and were carefully not to damage my property, as they moved large, heavy pieces of equipment and tools around.
