"I talked to Nick who was good enough to send a technician out the very same day that I scheduled the service. The technician, Dan, was very prompt, thorough and friendly. He cleaned and sanitized 10+ vents, HVAC system, returns, supply lines, main line, and the dryer vent which was on the roof. They took care to minimize the time I would be without water and without heat. After installation, they thoroughly tested the unit. The next day, they checked back to ensure that I was satisfied with its performance. They also cleaned up reasonably when they were done and were carefully not to damage my property, as they moved large, heavy pieces of equipment and tools around.
