That following Monday, the technician arrived and went through each step is sealing off the concrete foundation to the water leak. "Received a call almost immediately after sending the inquiry in through home advisor. He was very polite, knowledgeable, and punctual. We suspected mold in our basement, so we had an air sample test ran which took approximately 30 minutes or so. Test came back within 3 business days and they test report was followed up with a call to explain the report in further detail."
