They offered to fix right away, but I had already. So far, very happy with American furnace that was installed!! Easy master controller to operate. "The 2 workers were on time and performed the required work to install and remove the old water heater. They seemed in a big hurry ti finish and did not ( in my opinion) check the gas lines. 2 days after the installation there were 2 gas leaks and I had to call MGE to fix."
