We woke up one Friday morning to a freezing cold house. We realized our boiler wasn't working. Lloyd's had someone come over the same day to take a look at it. Found out our ignitor was shot along with the pilot flame sensor. Unfortunately, our boiler is old and is no longer being made, so Lloyd's didn't have the parts on hand. The parts had to be ordered and took a while to get in. We were out heat and hot water for over 5 days, but as soon as parts were in, they were over that morning to install. Service was great, super friendly, seemed very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend them if you have boiler troubles.

Practically provided same day service to replace my water heater. Very friendly and professional service, very pleased with them!

We had Lloyd's out to fix a dripping shower head, but he ended up capping it off and leaving all the pieces on the floor. A few hours later we found water pouring out of the basement ceiling directly under the shower he "fixed". He returned and simply shut off water to that shower. And charged us for the pleasure. Now we will be paying extra to have the shower ACTUALLY fixed and the damage he caused corrected.

Perfectly!  We were so excited when the toilet arrived (really!) and Darrell found some time for Scott to come over and install.  I appreciated their willingness to do improvise and install the toilet as they don't normally work with TOTO toilets.  After a little reconfiguration, Scott was able to get it all hooked up properly and we have been enjoying the new toilet for the past 3 weeks!  We love it and thank Lloyd's Plumbing for being willing to give us a hand.

They had a great response. He came in as scheduled and it was done quicker and unexpected.

Other out fits had come twice and charged more without it working. The Lloyd s tech came and fixed it without new parts or suggesting a $600 fix as the other did. Nice to have the job done as cost effectively and promptly as they did it.

The estimater arrived early and very quickly after my emergency call in the middle of a heat wave. He brought his ipad for unit demo's-loved it. He thoroughly explained diferent types of units and what size and performance would fit my home. He was informative, patient and sold a quality product compared to two other local providers. I went to work and left the workmen at my house. They were speedy, clean and called me when done. I would call them again for service. Also,I needed extended payments after the installation and there were no questions asked-highly unusual. Excellent company!

The office person was very professional and responsive. They were able to send someone out right away who fixed the problem.

The Installers were very professional and explained anything I had questions about (and I had a
lot!) They did a fantastic job! Hauled away all the old equipment and cleaned up the mess. I highly recomend the and quot;Variable Speed Fanand quot;. We have a Tri-Level home, the temp differance between the upstairs bedrooms and the lower level family room was unacceptable. The furnace (or AC) fan runs at a slower rate (can't even hear it) after the unit reaches temp to the keep the air temp balanced at all levels. Before if you wanted the family room to be at 68, we had to set the thermostat to 74.... then the bedrooms were at 76 (way too warm for us). Now I set the Heat to 68 and the whole house stays at 68.
and quot;Hats Offand quot; to Chris (he did the proposal) for seeing that the lower level was missing the return air! I had 5 proposal's done, this wasnt spotted by anyone else. We are very happy with the job they did!

They are awesome. They were reliable and honest. I felt that they gave me advice that I could use. It didn't feel like they were trying to sell me something. They actually acted like they care. The workers were professional and good. I had a warranty claim on my furnace because it died and I have a home warranty. Home warranty denied allowing me to get a furnace, so I had to pay for the whole thing. Lloyd actually held onto my old furnace for months, so that when I contested with the home warranty people we had them to look at. Lloyd went above and beyond. The price was same like other people. They weren't the cheapest. The quality was excellent.

I found out one of the furnaces had a cracked heat exchanger and decided to replace both furnaces in a duplex. The original furnaces were over 30 years old. LLoyds came out the same afternoon that I called them and the person giving my estimate was friendly and answered all my questions. He emailed me an estimate an hour later on a Friday night in which I am sure he had to work late to do. I had the furnaces installed the following Friday and everything went good. The 2 guys installing the furnaces were friendly and knowledgable about what they were doing. LLoys also took care of all the warranty paperwork. Price was very competetive.

I had a slow drain in our ground floor bathroom. Found a drain trap in
line that was not code. Removed drain trap and installed new pipe, drain has flowed well since.
The house is over a hundred years old.

.They really did a great job. They even put heaters in the garage for my cats and we went to a hotel because it was so cold. They got the work done very quickly and we were back in our home. We were very pleased with the work they did and we have not had any issues since. They were prompt, courteous and respectful. I will use them again.
