They just completed replacing an uneven front patio paved area, and removed sagging cement walk way and front step. The are the definition of professionalism. Bob the owner is very knowledgeable, and prompt in all communications. His expertise shows in all his ideas. The crew on both projects were amazing. Worked hard and fast. This is our 3 rd landscaping company for projects large and small, and they are by far the best in all details. I would most certainly use them again, and p,an to for future projects."

Later said could grade after. Added $1,800. Crew broke drainage pipes, charged me $250. Couldn't move AC condenser despite my asking during estimate. Payment tactics: Said pay "when satisfied." Then requested half early, then full payment before done. When I said work incomplete, he asked "Don't you trust me?" then broke promises. Broken promises: Walkway cured wrong, no follow-up. $1,800 grading included 3-month landscaping - no communication. Promised debris cleanup, later said not responsible. Damaged 4-month fence, couldn't repair properly, paid $300 after pressure. Dismisses costs at estimate, adds them later. Makes promises, then excuses."

"Excellent work -- beautiful results. They came just a couple weeks after contract was signed. This was a three day job, and each day they didn't leave without cleaning up the work area and removing all their equipment, making sure the area was safe for the family, even if it meant they stayed well after customary quitting time. They were careful of landscaping, they took away all of the old cement that had been broken up, and they did a nice job taking into account any need for necessary angles for drainage in some places. My neighbors have commented on how nice the work looks. I'm so pleased!!"
