And then on Tuesday, November 25, Walter showed up to do my demolition and new install. Walter worked all day Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday (Thursday was Thanksgiving) and I could not be more pleased with the final product – my new and exciting walk-in shower. I spent time each day watching Walter work, asking questions, and making a photo diary of the entire process. If I had to tell someone what I thought of Walter, I would say he was extremely personable, a definite perfectionist, and an absolute wonderful individual as a person and as an employee of Mad City Home Improvement. I guess you can tell at this point that I am 100% satisfied with the entire process to get my new and beautiful walk-in shower and would highly recommend Mad City Home Improvement to anyone who is considering this kind of addition to their own home. "Everyone that we dealt with couldn?t have been nicer. We had a tub to shower conversion which was completed in one day. Matt, the installer, laid a tarp down from the door to our bathroom to protect the floors. He asked for our input when he was installing the shelves and grab bars. After he finished cleaning everything up he explained how to used the new shower head and what to use to clean the surface. The next day we texted him with a question and he immediately answered. We couldn?t be happier with the job done and the professionalism of the company."

"Had an old fixture above kitchen sink go kaput (fluorescent starter disintegrated), so Cardinal came out and offered LED alternatives (two provided, brought on-hand from supply warehouse). Also fixed a switched outlet that had shorted out. Great work done, nice alternatives for the LED light, and switched outlet was wired to be always-on for one socket and switched for the other -- better than it was before at no additional cost. Later I called to ask the exact serial and model number of the LED light because the papers left did not state it. Not only did I get an email a couple hours later with the model/serial, the tech included the detailed documentation for the fixture so if anything goes wrong I can likely fix it myself next time. The tech who did the work also applied a 10% off discount card for me with no extra hassle, saving me close to $100 on the work."
