"Arrived on schedule. Went through the elimination process and determined problem was in the line to the pump or the pump itself (no water pressure). The service rep explained everything so that I understood fully what was going to happen. The pipe to the well motor was pulled up and a nickel sized hole was found in the pipe about 10 feet from the pump. The pipeline was galvanized metal and was very rusty. More holes were sure to develop; so, I had the whole line replaced. We also found the pump was 30 plus years old so, I had that replaced too. The service rep kept me informed through the entire installation process; as well as what to do after everything was completed. The pump had to be flushed with chlorine so, there is a short waiting process, tap flushing proceedure and water testing that he explained before leaving."

"Called up Mike in the afternoon regarding my leaking well pressure tank and he couldn't have been nicer or more accomodating!  He was able to make it out bright and early the very next morning to replace everything.  Mike and his son were very professional and courteous.  Explained everything in laymans terms. Very timely and were able to finish everything in an hours time.  Cleaned up everything, with nary a trace that they had been here.  Will definitely use in future for any of our well needs.
