Ben was very responsive, answering the phone every time we called (never went to voice-mail), showed up on time, completed the work in a timely manner and delivered results. We would highly recommend him.

The problem was discovered after returning from an out of town trip on a Sunday night. The person on call had us text him pictures. He diagnosed the problems (which was causing water leakage in the basement) and advised us how to stop the leakage until they could get here on Monday morning. Estimated the cost at $150. and arrival time at 9am. They called to ask if it was ok to come over at 8:30. Total cost was $135! Super job at a reasonable price in a timely manner.

They did a tremendous job, making sure our water needs were met-even told me to consider municipal water, which would've resulted in them losing our business. They truly look out for your best needs and are exceptionally trustworthy.

I got suspicious, when the original installer tested the well the same day of installation, two of the tests came back as unsafe.
Showed high levels of Coliform  & Arsenic. A Friend told me to call Hahn's pump service. I talked to Ben, & he said I should wait App.
2 Weeks & run the water 8 -10 Hours for a couple of days before testing. That's what we did. Jake, Ben's service man came out the next day, checked the whole water system & took samples. Four days later the results came back. All three samples cam back SAFE.
Coliform & Arsenic were ABSENT. It's really nice dealing with a Honest & Trustworthy Company, that is very Knowledgeable & Competent at their Profession. They will have all my future business. Also, they would have been $800.00 Cheaper than the
original installer.

It turned out great.  The recommened provider was able to schedule fast and be efficient in the service.

We lost water to our home late Sunday morning, and, due to planned activities, I wasn't able to research well service companies until early Monday morning. The reviews on AL for Hahn's were all so positive so I gave them a call around 7:45. Ben had Jake at my home in less than an hour. Jake diagnosed the problem thoroughly, checking switches, fuses, electrical connections and amperage draw. Unfortunately, the pump motor has seized and was shot. Jake provided a quick estimate, including additional pricing if piping and other items would also have to be replaced. Fortunately, we did have PVC piping (not galvanized) and all other components were of good quality and in good shape. My price was on the lowest end of their estimate. The pump was replaced and everything reassembled. I was offered to also have the pressure switch replaced for an additional $25, which I did as this is only about $10 more than parts alone. 
The well was fired up and water was run out a garden hose to get rid of the dirt kicked up in the well. The water cleared up in about 15 minutes. I let it run another 2-3 hours to help get rid of the chlorine that was used to help disinfect any impurities that might have entered the well. The water softener was set to bypass for 4-5 hours. I wish I would have turned the water off to the softener as some dirt did make it into my toilets when the pump was turned on. The toilet tanks had been mostly drained as we still flushed them with buckets of water during the period we were without water. I took "bypass softener" too literally - the engineer in me. 
Very happy with Hahn's service and grateful for their fast response and friendly, quality work and reasonable pricing.

Water was off on the property.  Called that morning and Ben arrived early afternoon.  Quickly diagnosed the issue as a depressurized tank which overheated the well pump, which shut off.  Re-pressurized the tank and water service restored.  Professional, knowledgeable and courteous, would hire again.

I contacted Mike Hahn for a free estimate. He replied and said he would be in the neighborhood the next day. He stopped over,  checked the pump to see if it worked - it didn't. He asked me if I knew the depth of the well and about how old it was. I didn't know how deep the well was or when the pump was put in. He said he would see if there were any records of the well depth. He emailed me saying that he couldn't find the well depth for our property but gave me a range of the depth of some wells in our area. He gave me an estimate - a charge for the well pump removal and for the well abandonment (per number of feet depth).

The work was done efficiently and on time. they pulled the pump and pipe literally lifting it up by hand and sawing it off in three foot sections.  After the well pump and pipe were removed Mike's son carried about1500 lbs. of bentonite chips down into our basement 100 lbs. at a time and filled the well.

They said that the well was a little different from the ones they usually see but it wasn't their first "basement" well. They were well prepared (no pun intended) and didn't hesitate in getting the job done. I was impressed by their workmanship. His bill was true to his per foot estimate with no extra charges for unforeseen circumstances.

They were friendly, courteous and had a sense of humor. Now that I no longer have a well, I really won't have a need for their services but I want to share this with others because it was hard to find anyone willing or able to do a basement well.

Well pump went out over weekend.  Called owner, Mike in desperate straits early Monday morning before regular business hours and about 4 hours later, owner's son Ben had new pump installed.  Also placed vermin proof cap on well, which we did not have previously and cable guards.  Work went on without a hitch - Ben very efficient, knowledgeable and personable.

Work was done in reasonable time, price was within the amount I was quoted for the job. They were great about keeping me updated on progress of work.

Overall great experience.  In and out within an hour.  Very knowledgeable and professional.  Cleaned up work area as if  had never been there.

Called up Mike in the afternoon regarding my leaking well pressure tank and he couldn't have been nicer or more accomodating!  He was able to make it out bright and early the very next morning to replace everything.  Mike and his son were very professional and courteous.  Explained everything in laymans terms. Very timely and were able to finish everything in an hours time.  Cleaned up everything, with nary a trace that they had been here.  Will definitely use in future for any of our well needs. Highly recommend!!

Mike and his son are awesome! I love the work they did! They were so nice. We had set them up to come out, but had to reschedule a couple times due to some issues coordinating other contractors. They were very nice and didn't give us a hard time. When they came they were professional, nice, friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and honest. They investigated our low pressure well problem, found the issues and repaired them within a couple hours. Mike's prices were extremely reasonable and fair. Mike had a couple opportunities to upsell, but instead he was honest. He mentioned a couple upgrade options when I asked, but he advised me that if it was his house, he would hold off until our existing units failed. I am so thrilled to have our well system working again, and I owe it to Hahn's. I highly recommend them to anyone needing well service!

It went great. At 3pm on a Friday afternoon, we suddenly had no water and discovered that the circuit breaker to the well pump kept tripping. We called Hahn's. He came out by 4pm that day and determined that we needed a new pump. He returned Saturday morning to perform the installation of the well pump and we had water that afternoon.

THIS ENDED UP BEING A VERY EASY SOLUTION TO A DIFFICULT PROBLEM, NO WATER. MIKE HAHN WAS THERE TO HELP WITH IN THREE HOURS OF MY CALL FOR HELP. I THOUGHT I WOULD BE WITHOUT WATER FOR 3-4 DAYS, WITH THIS OUTSTANDING PROMPTNESS I STILL DID NOT PAY THOUGH THE NOSE.
