Sergio and team did an amazing job cleaning out existing insulation and mold and replacing with new insulation. They also insulated our existing garage and did a great job patching up the holes. We are very happy with the work, the price, and the communication.

Sergio Garcia removed our existing wet and contaminsted insulation and replaced it, inspected attic spaces for other problematic issues and corrected them. He noted that our bathroom fans had never been vented to the outside and vented them correctly. He also noted that we had both ridge vents and gable vents and closed off the gable vents. He noted other improvements that needed should be done to maximize airflow. Work was completed quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend him!!
