  • Mount Olive Landscape & Construction
This could not have been easier. Norberto and his crew were professional, effective communicators, and they really know what they are doing. They take pride in their work. If any of our other fences need replacing in the future, we will be calling them again!

  • Tom's Landscaping & Irrigation
Tom was prompt tp return my initial call & communicated well throughout the project. The crew that showed up was very efficient & knowledgeable. They did a very nice job & cleaned the area when completed.

  • Nice View Fence
Ramiro installed a cedar and chain link fence for me on my property and the quality is superior to others I've seen in the neighborhood. You can tell he uses higher quality materials and his price was the best out of the multiple bids I obtained. The fence took longer than expected to complete but it's okay, I'd rather wait a little longer and have a high quality product than have it done fast and low quality. Thank you for the great fence Ramiro

  • GM Remodeling LLC
Fernando and his team were very clear every step of the process. I knew how much I'd pay, and they didn't nickel and dime me for slight changes to the plan when they came to do the work. There were a couple of unforeseen challenges that came up during build day, but they still got everything done by the day they said they would. And all the challenges were met head-on with great solutions. Fernando is a crafty thinker, and he will let you know about his approach to a problem, and let you know right away if he has been thinking about it and changes his mind with a better plan. Extremely polite. Extremely flexible. Very professional. Everyone on his team was kind. Works fast. We got about 8 bids and they were in the lower-middle in terms of cost (3rd best)

  • Trejo General Construction LLC
We contracted Trejo General Construction to create a outdoor experience for us and they absolutely delivered. Would highly recommend and hire them again. We've recommended them to everyone we know. Scope of work included extensive hardscaping, Grading, landscaping, custom fence, garage and entry gates. Pricing was fair and they exceeded our expectations on every front

  • Bello Home Solutions LLC
I highly recommend Yariel Bello. He is communicative, does quality work and is a flexible problem solver. I wanted a fence that wasn’t too expensive, but still had curb appeal so I went for a hybrid wood/chain link look. Yariel knows just the right balance of making little decisions on his own/calling me for clarification when needed. Yariels pricing is very transparent and he also graciously came up with an economic solution for building a fence around a tree on the property lin

  • J&J landscaping LLC
Angel was very easy to work with. He gave us a timely quote and the job was completed on time for the quoted amount. We were very impressed with the work done and are planning to hire them again for future projects.
    Jeremy V.
Great experience all around. German came to look over the fence that needed to be replaced, we received their quote later that same day. The day of the project the guys where timely and it shows that they came to work, in no time they had removed old posts and a fence that was falling a part. When it was all finished the new fence looked beautiful we are very happy. This couldn’t have gone any smoother, I will definitely be hiring them again

  • PNW Permaculture
They did a great job. The fence is very solid and with good materials. Estimate and final cost was lower than others I received. I would recommend them.

Fencing FAQ

  1. How much does it cost to install a fence?

Answer: The average cost to install a fence is $2,600. A variety of factors will impact the overall cost of fencing installation, such as the length of the fence, the materials you choose, and local labor costs. Fencing projects using the lowest cost materials and with lower labor costs can cost as little as $1 to $6 per linear foot, while projects using the highest cost materials and with higher labor costs may be as high as $15 to $45.

  2. Do I need a permit to build a fence around a yard?

Answer: Whether you’ll need a permit to build a fence around your yard will depend on your city or county's local codes. Many metropolitan and suburban areas require a permit to install most fencing, but they may not for fences situated behind a house as opposed to in front of it or fences that don’t run within a certain distance of the road. To find out if you’ll need a permit to fence your yard, reach out directly to your local government office.

  3. What is the cheapest fence to install?

Answer: The cheapest fencing to install is chain-link fencing. Chain-link fencing is typically cheaper than other fence types because the materials cost less, and installation is generally quicker and easier than other options. Chain-link fencing is affordable, easy to install, and low maintenance. However, it’s usually considered less secure than other options and doesn’t increase resale value as much as fences made of different materials.

  4. Is a wood or vinyl fence cheaper?

Answer: Wood fences are generally cheaper than the cost of vinyl fences. While the cost of materials for wood and vinyl fences is usually very similar, the labor cost associated with installing a vinyl fence is higher. Wood fencing is also easier to install than vinyl fencing, making it possible to save money by making wood fence installation a DIY project. It’s also possible to DIY install a vinyl fence.

  5. What is the life expectancy of a vinyl fence?

Answer: Vinyl fencing can be expected to last between 10 and 30 years. Vinyl fencing is generally low maintenance, but proper care will ensure it lasts as long as possible. Its long life span and high return on investment make vinyl fencing a popular option for many homeowners.

  6. What type of fence adds to the property value?

Answer: Installing quality fencing, no matter the fence type, will generally add value to your property. In general, fences made of longer-lasting, lower-maintenance, and more attractive materials—like wrought-iron, composite, or vinyl—add more value to a property than fences made of lower-cost or less attractive materials, like chain-link. To ensure your fencing adds as much value to your home as possible, be sure it’s properly permitted, approved by your homeowners association (if you have one), and installed properly.
