"This was by far the absolute worst experience that I have ever had with any company. The plumber came out for a shower that was not draining. I am on septic and let them know that my septic was just pumped in July. However they wanted to check anyways. After checking under the baffle inspection, I was advised by the plumber that my septic tanks were full and needed to be pumped. I contacted a septic company they came out first thing the next morning and checked my septic tanks, they were not full and ironically enough was able to pull out a huge clog of toilet paper from the baffle. He advised this is something that the plumbers do but since we just had one out the day before and they did told us the wrong information he would happily fix the problem for us. My husband called Riley Cahill (the manger) the next day to try to talk to him about the situation and try to find out why we were charged so much since there was not an itemized receipt. Riley proceeded to get very defense and angry and HUNG UP on my husband. He then called back left a message that saying he will check with his plumbers on Monday and get back to us. Monday morning I called Riley Cahill to have a conversation of what went wrong and how we will remedy the situation. He proceeded to once again get very upset, raise his voice and was insanely disrespectful (telling me to be quiet and stop talking). Then hung up on me as well. After that he called back to tell me I was wrong, and hung up on me again. I told him during the conversation that I was going to warn anyone I could not to use this company through reviews, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!"

"We have been living with a 60amp service and Knob and Tube wiring for 37 years. We called Seatown Electric Plumbing Heating and Air,to upgrade our service to200 amps and to replace our Knob and Tube wiring. They promptly sent Matt R, Journeyman Electrician, out to give us an estimate. He was very professional and we walked through the house room by room as he explained what needed to be done to meet code, and asked us what new outlets or features we might want to add in each room. We went from attic to crawl space. Then he sat down with us and walked us through what might have to be done to complete the Job. At which point he ended by giving us a firm estimate of cost and what we would need to do to prepare the house. We made the decision to have them do the work and they put us on the schedule. On the scheduled date Thomas F, and Thomas L arrived along with Matt R. They walked us through the project and told us they had been allotted 5 days to complete the project; on our two story house. They stayed on schedule and actually didn't need a complete day on the fifth day. Thomas F and Thomas L worked tirelessly each day and cleaned up after themselves before leaving each day all this during high 80's temperatures during the day. They took time from their work to answer any and all of our questions as they worked, and at the end of the day showed us what they had completed. All of their work was done with meticulous care given to quality, and journeyman standards to meet and exceed code. I would recommend these two electricians for any electrical project and especially those that may be on the more complicated level. They did our entire house including the installation of a new mast and meter base along with the knew 200 amp breaker box. Thank you Thomas F and Thomas L! Complicating their work was our little granddaughter. She was with us during the whole project and they took extra care to assure her safety and well being. Thomas F even brought her a toy Dinosaur which immediately became her favorite toy. If that were not enough he found out it was my birthday and brought me gift of his personally crafted art work as a present. What a great company and Great People. In 2020, I needed to replace my hot water tank, and the extremely knowledgeable Christy presented several options, answering my many questions. I settled on one with a booster that seemed to best fit my needs. Finally, in December 2023, I purchased a new gas furnace from WES. I had a minor issue with a fan switch and they responded quickly to rectify the situation. Within the past two months, I seemed to be having an issue with my thermostat (something they had not installed), and the manager, Greg, came out twice with his crew to explore the problem. Today they installed a new thermostat FREE OF CHARGE! Their excellent response and customer service is beyond any company I have hired. And I particularly love that they are family owned and have been around for decades. Their employees seem to be there for the long haul, which speaks highly of the owner.
