"Ramon responded to our request, came out immediately and gave us an estimate and a clear explanation of what needed to be done. His crew had to dig down to 7 1/2 feed in hard clay to find the external pipe, clean out our sewer, establish a "clear out", hydroflush our system and diagnose our problem. We were in contact with both the workers and him during the process. He came to our house afterwards and showed us through the scope what our problem was. We found him intelligent, competent, hard working, responsive and able to explain all the issues clearly to us. We highly recommend him and would hire him again. What was especially challenging was that we were on our way out of town the next day after finding our sewer backed up. He was willing to work while we were away and stay in contact during the process."

He was responsive, punctual, answered all my questions and provided a very thorough estimate of the work we needed done in a timely manner. I took estimates from other companies but Mad Pipers was by far the the most responsive and for the large amount of work we needed done, they were also the best pricing. The job was completed by Zack and Ragen who showed up on time and were very professional. The work itself was a two day job. They made sure to explain everything that was completed. I was very happy with the work they did and as a result asked them back to provide an estimate for some additional (smaller scale) work I needed done on a guest bathroom (replacing old galvanized steel pipes with new copper pipes) and a master bathroom (replacing a popup & drain which was done by Curtis). "I had a clogged drain that no amount of plunging could get rid of. I called several companies. I initially went with Mr Rooter because they were the only ones that could make it out that same day. Glad I did. The technician was very pleasant and he took his time to explain all the steps he was doing and let me watch as he put a camera down the drain and showed me on the screen where the clog was and all the build-up in the pipes. He then brought in a high pressure washer and I watched on the screen as he cleaned the pipes all the way down to where it joined up with the main sewer line. I initally thought the estimate was a little high, but not after watching all that they (his supervisor also showed up after an hour to help out) did."
