After numerous parts delays from a supplier (out of control of J&K Plumbing) selection of a new and different supplier resulted in prompt arrival of parts and subsequent installation of the shower.

Jerry was very friendly and professional. He was able to complete the job quickly and made sure the new shower cartridges were operating correctly. I would hire his company again.

My garbage disposal from Costco had a leaking gasket. He offered to have me order one, but since he already had it apart and had another on hand that was a better brand I opted to replace the Costco disposal with the better model he had on hand. He got it done pretty quick and the work was done very cleanly. He took time to explain how the new system was different from my previous system and explained the benefits of the replacement system over the Costco disposal. He then quickly cleared our bathroom drain had had been clocked for months. I always use these guys and will continue to come back. Never trying to price gouge always giving multiple options even if it doesn’t make them the most money. They care about their customers enough to educate them and help them without trying to sell them something they may not need.

We hired this company based on the excellent A/L reviews and professional front office contact. Jerry and Ben came out, diagnosed the problems, and recommended fixing the toilet and installing new sinks and faucets as the old ones were pretty old and rusted out underneath. He was thorough in his explanation and also took the time to explain to my wife on the phone. The toilet repair was done and the sink replacement job will be scheduled when all the parts are in. Jerry and Ben are a pleasure to work with. They are knowledgeable, professional, and friendly, the type of folks you can trust to fix things and the ethical about it. We will definitely recommend this company to family/friends and to the Condo Management company to share with other homeowners.

The plumber came out twice and did the repairs quickly with a quality finish. He was prompt both times and efficient with the time it took. The cost was very reasonable.

Technician showed up on time as scheduled. After examining the sewer line under the house the tech discovered a splice between old and new sewer pipe had begun leaking. He loosened the clamps, reseated the union and retightened the clamps. Problem solved. He also noted another loose fitting and fixed that as well. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Jerry came to our house to do an estimate. His bid was less expensive than a previous plumber who had bid on the job and had fixed the leak the day it was discovered. Jerry is licensed and insured. Jerry and his helper were prompt, efficient and professional. They re-piped my sons manufactured home and installed a new water heater. They also installed new shower valves in both bathrooms. What I didn't expect is they replaced all supply lines to each fixture. Jerry even fixed a leaking drain line under the kitchen sink. They completed the job in just 1 day, but Jerry came back for a few hours the next day to finish the sink drain and put some insulation on the pipes. Great job I had 4 estimates which ranged from $10,000 to $5000

I don't remember the name of the plumber who came out, I'm sorry to say, but he was a really nice guy and knew his stuff. Another plumber had quoted us $400 to completely redo the bathtub drain. I am so glad I decided to get a second quote. The J and K guy looked at the situation, poked around a bit, and declared that the problem was a loose joint in the drain trap. He tightened the nut, which was a little hard to get to, and charged us the minimum charge. It's been several weeks now, and no more leak!

Son Jerry and Ben did the re-pipe. What a nightmare for them. My attic has a low pitch and all of my heating is in the ceiling. Of course it didn't help that the days they did it were in the 90+ temperature range. I do not know how they were able to crawl over all of the heating duct work. Both were very friendly and willing workers. I can not thank them enough for the great job and all of their hard work. Replaced all the valves in bathrooms, kitchen, washing machine and in house main water shut off.

They were awesome. They guys came out with the owner and had them look at a leaky garbage disposal. He did not even charge me. He basically told me to get some putty because it was such an easy job that he did not bother to fill me or do it. He was actually nice enough to try to save me money. It was basically a leak under my sink where my garbage disposal connects to the sink. He just told me, hey here is how you do it. There is really no reason to charge you to do this. It is pretty rare for a plumber to come out and not bill you for your time. It was not really a garbage disposal issue, it was a leak. I would definitely use them again. I have used them twice now and they have been great every time. He is not really a high pressure. Their company comes across as very like with people who have a business, they are trying to be successful and make money. But they understand that their customers are people too and kinda treat you as in my experience in that kind and other times teat you like you are just another person in the community with them as a business. They are not out to get you and overcharge you. They charge reasonable prices and have the attitude as a company that we are a business but we are also in this community so we are going to treat our community well. They did not hassle me.
