We had been dealing with a failing 75-year-old concrete sewer pipe and finally reached a point where rootering out the roots was no longer a viable option. I quickly reached out to a few companies to help us out with an estimate and Dakota at Jafco gave us what we needed. We had a reference from a neighbor and Jafco proved up to the job. Digging an 11-foot hole to reach our plumbing happened in 1 day. And 24 hours later, we were fully up and running with a new lined pipe and full sewer services. While not the most exciting thing to invest in with a house, there is a definite sense of relief to know that this two-decade old pestering problem was, once and for all, taken care of. Jafco's folks were great, post-job clean-up was immaculate, and the job was done on time and on budget. What more could I ask for?

After scoping our sewer lines, Max from Jafco gave me 2 options. He explained each one in layman terms, laid out what would be done each day. They replaced a collapsed pipe , added an outside clean out and lined our sewer pipes out to the connection with the main. The crews showed up on time with no parking signs, let us know when they were done for the day and cleaned up after they were done. Price wise they were a bit lower than others with les digging involved. Thoroughly professional. Totally worth the cost knowing we won’t have to be concerned about a broken sewer and paying $40000 to dig up the street and sidewalk.

The guys from Jafco were really communicative, friendly, informative and overall easy to work with. They answered all of our questions promptly and they were very thorough in their review of the job and explained the recommendations well. We received bids from multiple companies so I really feel like we made an educated decision in hiring them. Their prices were competitive but it was their customer service that made the decision. I hope to not need to hire them again, but would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Better than one could hope. We weren’t prepared to spend as much on any home repairs but this made sense. Max at Jafco explained it all and showed me via their scope, how much our drain pipe had deteriorated and what it would take to fix it. He and his teams are, start-to-finish, very professional and courteous and efficient and thorough. Everything we expected from a professional service. The best thing amongst all the other great experiences we had with Jafco was how quickly they scheduled our services. So very glad we chose them!

Jafco did a fabulous job! My sewer line was full of roots, had a crack and needed a sleeve installed. This is the 2nd line that Jafco has added a sleeve to and I highly recommend them!

Drainage line serving kitchen and laundry was backing up on Thanksgiving morning. We muddled through that day and contacted Jafco based on their hours and reviews. They scheduled us for Saturday morning but had to reschedule for mid-afternoon. Devin and Josh showed up on time and worked for approx. 1 hour. However they only had a 15 foot long cable with them and could not clear the pipe. They arranged to have another technician come by later that afternoon. Ron showed up as expected and, using a 70 foot cable, managed to clear the pipe. Frankly if I were the one doing it I would have given up earlier but Ron was particularly stubborn in a good way. We were back in business with all appliances draining, even better than they had previously. Good job Jafco and great job Ron!

They communicated very well with regard to when they would arrive at my house. When they first arrived we all thought it would be a simple fix. But the cable machine struggled getting down the clean-out pipe. The relatively young technician realized the struggles and called his boss for help. The boss not only helped but came out to the house and, with his 25+ years of experience, was able to get the cable to the problem spot. They worked the problem for a long time to make sure it was properly cleared and then thoroughly tested their work and cleaned up. And when they gave me the invoice, it was still the price they quoted me over the phone. Thank you George and Isaac. Jafco is now my go to plumbing company and will recommend you to anyone who asks me for a recommendation.

The job went well. Communication was good with sales and project manager(s). They scoped out the sewer line and let me see the clogs/breaks. Cleanup was done well. I would definitely hire them agaiin!

Jafco arrived on time, diagnosed the problem and a bent outflow tube in the disposal causing a backup in the water flow and a buildup of grease and other food particles. The tube was not able to replaced or fixed, however they did have a new disposal in the truck and were able to install. The cost of the disposal was on par with going to Home Depo or Lowes and the install increase the cost of work by only $20. I would hire again.
