"Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. There was a deadline for installing this part before tenants arrive. They did not care, would not m"

"I have been a regular customer of RCS for about the last 7-10 years and have previously been very satisified by their service. Up until my most recent visit which occurred in December, I have found them to be reliable, fairly priced and service-oriented. I tend to be a very loyal customer when working with service providers, so it was a no-brainer for me to schedule a service visit with RCS when our fireplace began acting up and couldn't stay lit. Our most recent service visit prior to December was in July 2023 and typically for us, a fireplace tune-up and cleaning does the trick, and we are good to go for at least the following year. Due to the season, it took about 3 weeks to get on the schedule, which was fine and understandable. I was not available at the time of the visit. However, according to my wife, the technician arrived on time, was polite, and stayed for about an hour. Upon returning home, especially since it was cold outside, I was excited to begin using the fireplace. I switched it on and it stayed on for about 10 seconds before the fireplace and pilot went out. I tried relighting it several more times (including restarting the pilot light each time) and basically had the same result. In other words, there was absolutely NO difference in performance from before my service visit and after it. The fireplace looked cleaner (as it always does after clean up a tune-up), but the most important part of the service, getting the fireplace up and running was NOT accomplished. I immediately informed Lynnea of the issue by text and over a call and was hoping for a quick resolution, including a return visit by the tech. I got a quick answer, but a disappointing proposed resolution. She said a return visit could be scheduled, but there would be an additional charge of $180, which was a "discounted" rate along with parts if needed. I am fine with the parts, but I did balk at the proposed service charge, as I did not consider the initial visit to have been completed satisfactorily. While the technician may have done a cursory check at the end of the visit, the fireplace only stayed lit for 10 seconds the very first time I tried it, which tells me that he didn't really check it. If I was a brand new customer, I might know any better, but I'm not. This is very disappointing and I'm clearly still not happy even though this occurred several months ago. Every time the temperature drops and I want to use the fireplace, I am reminded of my disappointment with RCS. I expect a company to stand by their work and for their service technicians to be thorough. Neither occurred during the last visit."

"Konstantine is simply the best. He is skillful in heating and plumbing, and also very kind. He has done several jobs for us recently. He fixed our water heater and replaced our kitchen faucet. For our water heater, he replaced a vault that regulated hot water. Two weeks later, the water tank was blockedby minerals, and he returned to flush our water tank for free. Our new kitchen faucet is a Moen Pulldown Kitchen Faucet. While playing with it, I accidentally let the hose go down to the sprout. I called Moen support and was told that it was almost impossible to get the hose out and I should buy a new faucet. Konstantine came and wasable to get the hose out in less than 10 minutes. Again, he refused to accept payment."

"Looking to replace natural wood fires in our home with either a gas log or a gas insert, we met with the company owner and discussed options. We emphasized our desire for a high quality appearance of the flames. Following the owner's recommendation, we selected a Heat n' Glo gas insert. Following its installation, it became immediately evident that the appearance of the flames was substantially inferior to the image in the manufacturer's brochure and on their website. It was only then than that WSB Sheet Metal Co. owner told us that because we were fueling our insert with propane, the appearance could not be as attractive as if it had been fueled with natural gas. In essence, the owner gave us insufficient information and misrepresented the product. Our purchase agreement assured us of a guaranteed 100% satisfaction. That statement is apparently meaningless to the company's owner."

"PQT has handled multiple projects of mine since the early 2000's, including kitchen and bathrooms remodels, moving external walls, roof replacement, concrete laying, electrical upgrades, deck building, and others. They are not the cheapest contractors or the fastest, but they do good work. There are contractors you would hire to do a flip, and ones that you'd hire to work on your home - and PQT is the latter."

"I called John and asked him to make a few minor repairs to my home in Sunland. If John was moving slow and even took a lunch break it should have been no more than 2 hours worth of work. Instead John sent me an invoice for 10 man hours. Apparently it took two men 5 hours to complete the list. John was asked to replace the key under the mat but after 3 separate visits by my Property Manager no key was ever found. I texted John asking him where the key was, he said his men would have left it and that he was not a thief. I never accused John of being a thief so not sure why he made that comment. After my text he called the my Property Manager, well known in Sunland, and berated her over the phone. John is very unprofessional, I do not recommend him, stay clear.
