Big Haul Junk Removal

My experience with Big Haul was fantastic! Landry and Joseph called ahead to let me know they were 20 minutes out, then arrived right on time. They were friendly, helpful, and professional. I had a few items I wasn't sure about and they were able to advise me (and even give me helpful tips on things I wasn't able to dispose of). We had a huge, heavy bbq grill up on our the deck, but the guys brought it down the stairs with zero issues. When the hauling was done, Landry and Joseph noticed me sweeping and insisted on doing that job as well. The service really exceeded expectation and the feeling of having all that junk gone is PRICELESS! :)

They were on time and charged exactly what they said they would. They were clear about what they could and could not take. They were friendly and professional and in and out quickly so I could move on with my life, junk-free!

Called (after checking Angie's List) and was immediately called back and was asked if I wanted to set up an appointment or needed to wait. The guys called to let me know that they were running a bit behind, and when they thought they would be here. They were very good-natured and professional, and even unhooked the TV for me (when I forgot to do it). They also assured me that they recycle when they can.

Superb service. These folks were easy to book, showed up on time, had great attitudes, worked their tails off, and stayed right on the cost estimate. Can't say enough, I'm extremely pleased.

It went very well.   Christian and John called when they were coming our way, gave us a finalized estimate which we accepted.  They were very nice young men.  The whole time they were here was under fifteen minutes.  They are a credit to the company.

Despite the size and weight of the old tub, the two guys did a great job. The reduce weight gutted the heavy pumps and did a great job.

Requested service on Friday evening for the next day if possible.  Received prompt email saying they could meet the schedule.  Saturday morning I responded asking for a quote.  It which was much more reasonable--about half--of another I'd received.  I said I'd like the service performed and received an email confirmation of the time window.  About 20 minutes before arrival, I received a call from the driver saying they were on the way.  Two young men quickly and efficiently removed the items.  I paid by credit card, price above includes tax.

John and Christian did a great job! They called when they were leaving Bellevue with an estimated time of arrival. When they arrived, they gave me and my neighbor quick estimates and then went to work. John and Christian are a good team. They work smart and fast. Most of my stuff was in my garage but I had a heavy door in my 2nd floor, which they kindly carried to the truck. They swept my garage. The whole experience was really pleasant. I would definitely use Big Haul again and encourage others to use the service. 

Two guys worked super fast. It was easily a full truck load and I knew that cost based on their website but he was clear that it would be more due to additional weight and gave me a good range. They were able to fit all of the construction debris into one truck and hauled away to the dump. We were 2000 pounds over the 1500 full truck charge but is was reasonable for what they hauled away. Then they came back for the appliance recycling and bundled it together for one flat charge. I was amazed at how fast they worked. Honest estimate and super professional. Thanks again for the help guys!

They did the job quickly and professionally for a reasonable price. Did the service same day because they had a cancellation. Very friendly and helpful.

It was very cheap.  He moved even the treadmill.  The price was very reasonable.  I was really happy with it.  The truck looked like crap.  But he and his brother did everything.  I couldn’t believe that he even took treadmill.  He was wonderful.

I called to set up a date for the pick up, they were right on time and did the job quickly and efficiently.  Will definitely call upon them in the future when needed.

The cost was more than the original estimate but it was reasonable. I am pleased that they immediately responded to my request for a quote. They showed up on time and cleaned up after themselves. The work turned out well except for the part where they underestimated the amount of load which made me pay more than what I anticipated.

Called them Tuesday evening...24 hours later it was gone.  Cleaned up well, got it all in one load.  Fair price considering dump fees and labor.  I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

Went very well - called ahead and came early.  Quickly loaded the truck and left nothing behind and are able to take cash, credit and debit on the spot.  3/8 of a load was $200 including tax.  Pricing in this business isn't perfectly transparent so I'm not 100% sure they are the lowest price in town as advertised but their pricing is certainly low and competitive.  I'd use them again and recommend them.

They showed up slightly behind schedule (1 hr) but called to let me know and offered to reschedule. They picked up the brush and swept the driveway clean, could not tell it had been filled with brush.  Friendly staff, reasonable prices. Highly recommended.
