In complete agreement with all the negative reviews. Be warned! They installed my dishwasher incorrectly. Now, to get them to fix it, they tell me it will cost me. And their belligerence and gaslighting through this process is completely over the top. I will NEVER purchase from them again.

My fridge died and I had to buy a new one fast. A found a good deal at Albert Lee but when it was delivered, it had several dings on the front. Without a fridge for 5 days, I had to accept it and called Albert Lee. "It's yours now." Several mos later, it started making loud noises. They called a tech who replaced the compressor yesterday. Today my fridge is at 62 degrees and climbing - everything has spoiled. Called Albert Lee. "You're on your own."

Extremely rude staff. Super defensive and condescending. They sold us a washer and dryer and an oven/stove/microwave. They told us the installation would be $75 and to call Damian John to set up the install for the oven/stove/microwave. They did NOT tell us the installation would be done by a company in Everett for $1400!!! What?! Apparently Albert Lee doesn't install ovens/stoves/microwaves anymore. When I called to ask why they referred me to an appliance install company that wanted $250 for coming to "the far east" of Snoqualmie Ridge (their words), they were rude and unhelpful and defensive. I'm guessing I'm not the only one who calls them back after they're quoted $1400 for installation fees that were never mentioned at the point of sale. So much for them claiming to be a high end appliance retailer. When I called to speak with them about the installation options, I felt like I was speaking to a used car salesman. They were just as dishonest and dishonorable as the "low-end" appliance retailers we were trying to avoid when we entered their store. Albert Lee has gone WAY downhill!!! Never again.

Beware. Service is horrific and completely impersonal. Customer service and sales reps are based in India, not in Bellevue, WA like the phone number looks. Delivery, product availability and installation have been an absolute nightmare on my 6-appliance order for a remodel. If you’re at home during the complete window they intend to deliver, and your construction project stays perfectly on schedule, you’re probably fine. If you’re two minutes late, they will leave, and there is no way to speak to the driver. Dispatchers won’t pick up the phone. Your rescheduled delivery will be bumped weeks out instead of the logical thing of turning around to drop what’s already on the truck. If your construction project runs late, rescheduled delivery dates can be months out. They also won’t hold appliances you’ve purchased - they are released to other orders. When you do need them, they will probably be on backorder, delaying your project further. I have wasted so much time on this and will never, EVER, work with this company again. Buy local. Albert Lee is not.

Do NOT trust these people, especially Roy Schmidt. on 2/5/2022 we visited their Lynnwood store and picked out a dual fuel range that they assured us was in stock and paid $4,000 for the unit. We were told the unit would be marked as sold and the only hold up was delivery since they were extremely busy. They IMMEDIATELY charged our credit card and scheduled the delivery for 3/22/22. Today, 3/16 we get a call telling us that the range is on back order and it wold be at least another month to get it. We have been without a range for two months now and now after PAYING and taking our money they sold out from under us. This is unacceptable and shows just how easy it is for them to lie to get a sale. Unbelievable to say the least.

Could not have gotten better service. Renae Martin went above and beyond answering my detailed questions as I made sure that the gas range I ended up buying was going to be super reliable. I wanted one that would last for decades with minimal service needs. She showed me their Blue Star range and it was exactly what I was hoping to find -- elegant design with no electronics that would fail. It's built to last, with high quality, very heavy cast iron, and the stainless steel exterior looks perfect after a year of heavy use. The burners concentrate the flame so it stays completely under the pans. It's the perfect range for me, as a serious cook and baker.
It was expensive upfront but the service costs should be close to zero over the course of years, based on my research. And it's built to last for decades, so should be far less expensive over time.
Renae was very helpful in making sure that all my questions were answered. The installation went well. And in the event that I do need service, I am very relieved that I can simply call Albert Lee and they will make the arrangements with service people they know and trust.
My old dishwasher is probably next to go, and I'll head to Albert Lee when that happens.

We ended up in Albert Lee after a horrible experience with purchasing a washer/dryer at HomeDepot because of thanksgiving promo. The guys at HD barely know their stuff (they seem to rotate folks a lot) and when we had massive delays for delivery they weren't really responsive. We had a a small leak and getting any sort of service was a lot of pain.
What a difference Albert Lee was: the people know their appliances, they didn't steer me towards anything expensive and they helped me and my wife with what we needed as well as advice. After we purchased the items, the seller kept contacting me every week to see how the remodel was going and whether we were OK to receive the appliances. When I thought we had a strange humming from the microwave, a guy from GE called me the next day to schedule an appointment.

Though order was placed (and paid for) months in advance, when it came time for delivery, certain products were back ordered. This was not acceptable.  Initial response from Albert Lee was less than satisfactory.  When appliances were finally delivered and offloaded from Albert Lee truck, according to delivery driver, "someone had run a forklift through the door of the wall oven." Also, the Thermador dishwasher had been dropped.  The frame was buckled.  Everything was wet because rain water had gotten in the truck and then the appliances were loaded and sat in water.  The only product that was not wet or damaged was the Vent-a-Hood.
It took many phone calls to finally reach someone with any authority to do anything about this disaster.  While this individual was somewhat sympathetic to the problems Albert Lee had caused, their remedy was to simply say, "They were working on the problem."  Weeks passed before the Thermador oven was replaced with a new unit.  Likewise, the dishwasher was delayed for several weeks.
It is ironic that Albert Lee proclaims "Quality you can count on, [sic] Service you can Trust."  We found the quality of their delivered products to be unacceptable because of the damage.  Clearly, the level of service was less than trustworthy.  We will no longer be Albert Lee customers, nor will we recommend this company as a source of appliances.

To some extent, this is almost luck that they happened to carry the part, but the fact that they had an inventory that had the part there and didn't need to be ordered was real plus. I love them. I've actually bought an appliance from them but that was like twenty years ago. I would definitely go back to them if I had to buy more appliances. It was cheap. They were who in Seattle had it. Sears didn't. I was going to have to wait like a week to get it reordered. They were stellar.

We were unhappy with our experience purchasing major appliances (washer/dryer, dishwasher) from Best Buy, and we asked Daniel from Albert Lee to measure our laundry space and give us a quote on new appliances, as we were planning to have Best Buy take back everything we purchased from them. After reviewing our situation and checking his installers schedules, Daniel was very candid with us as told us that while he was happy to have our business and take our money, he advised that we try to work things out with Best Buy, because Albert Lee would not be able to get appliances installed very soon, and that we could be up and running faster if we stuck with Best Buy. He also told us that Best Buy's Geek Squad extended warranties were actually well-run.
Even though we ultimately took Daniel's advice and stayed with Best Buy, we were very impressed with his honesty and 'needs of the customer first' attitude. These folks are straight shooters, and we will definitely go to them for future appliance needs.

We worked with Craig at the Bellevue location for our washer/dryer. He was knowledgeable, completely straight forward on the pros and cons of the product and sold us units we have been completely happy with. On swapping our kitchen appliances we worked with Aaron. His patience was exceptional as I was the most difficult of customer. Not really knowing what I wanted. He helped us work through all the details of swapping appliances with the contractor grade appliances that were in the house.
I can't say enough good things about our experience with Albert Lee. I would recommend them to anyone.

On 2-16-12, I purchased 3 appliances from Albert Lee Appliance, a stainless steel stove, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, and a hood all for which I paid $4,000.00. On 3-15-12, the items delivered were a dishwasher installed, by Albert Lee Appliance, an installation for which I paid. A White Samsung stove, and a refrigerator that had a scratch on the door, and a broken drawer. The wrong color stove and the damaged refrigerator were refused. I was told it would be weeks before I would receive the correct stove and an undamaged refrigerator. This was unacceptable to me, so I called and expressed my displeasure with the circumstance, and to their credit we worked out an acceptable solution. I had all three appliances that same day; however, in the installation process my newly finished floor was scratched, and the refrigerator wheels were not locked causing it to lurch forward every time it was opened. One week later, on a Saturday, my new dishwasher leaked onto my new kitchen floor. I was told by customer service that nothing could be done until Monday and that someone would call me on Monday to make an appointment for the dishwasher repair. Fortunately for me, in an unrelated issue, a repair person called me on Monday and I asked them to look at the dishwasher too, they agreed. What they found was that the installation by Albert Lee was done incorrectly. ALBERT LEE didn't actually call me until WEDNESDAY (instead of Monday) to schedule the dishwasher repair even though I called on Saturday. This is poor customer service for an 8 day old dishwasher in my opinion. When I advised customer service that I was able to get someone to look at it sooner, I was told, and ldquo; You are lucky! They are doing you a big favor!and rdquo; I found this quite an inappropriate response from customer service. As I see it, they were doing Albert Lee Appliance the and ldquo;big favorand rdquo;. I think to use the term and ldquo;big favorand rdquo; and and ldquo;luckyand rdquo; in the context of my having to get my 8-day-old, leaky dishwasher repaired - inappropriate. I have purchased an extended warranty from Albert Lee; it is my hope that if I need to avail myself of the warranty I will experience better customer service.

Our experience working with our salesman, Aaron L., was excellent. He was very knowledgable about the products and helped us hone in on the items that worked best for us. We couldn't be happier with our selections, thanks to Aaron. He also was quick to respond to all our questions and he monitored the installation to ensure everything went well. Installation required some electrical changes and countertop modifications. The installation manager and crew did an excellent job installing the appliances. They were professional, punctual and left the work area spotless. I waited six months to submit this report to see if we experienced any problems with the appliances. Everything still works very well, and I definitely would recommend Albert Lee Appliance to others.

It's a large company. The only problem that we ran into was when they installed our oven. There's a little piece of plastic that goes across the control and they apparently didn't pull it off. They installed it. We started reading it without reading the book. Once you have used and put heat in the oven, this plastic thing sticks in the front. It started to bubble underneath and now it's actually fallen off. Unfortunately that part has those things written, clean, start, on, and off. It was little disappointing that the guy didn't tell me to pull it off. I could have gotten that from the book. It was something normal and could have been done at the time of installation just to pull this plastic protective covering off. We had an estimate redone again and we have to buy the whole new thing; it's really annoying. We have to buy the whole unit part and not just the top part. That's going to run quiet a bit of money and that is annoying. Their price was competitive. The delivery of appliance was on time. I would use them in the future.

This is an update to the grumpy D I lodged earlier, which I am leaving extant below these new comments. After my repair, I first received a follow up call from a supervisor at ARH to check that everything had gone smoothly. I said yes - given that I was still not over what I regarded as Albert Lee's 'take it or leave it' silence. The following day I got a call from Albert Lee's senior service manager, who had been contacted by my friend at ARH. Boy, was he apologetic, and his tone sounded genuine. He's sending me a check to cover the cost of the repair, which, with his call, has gone a long way to restoring my faith in his company. As I said to him (and I know there's no easy answer to this) I'm still wrestling with the impression that service and repair hasn't found a way out of the '60's, when I would have been home all day, June Cleaver-ing away. Somehow, we have to find a way to start respecting the time of the homeowner properly, as most of us are taking time off work to wait for the technician to arrive. OLD REPORT> I called Albert Lee for an out of warrenty repair based on the service received when buying there. And the initial contact was good. Charming, friendly - three hour window for the technician to arrive, careful explanation of pricing. First visit, absolutely fine. Nice man, needed parts, my gosh, how expensive hinges are, fond farewells. And then I got caught in the changeover from Albert Lee wholly owned service to subcontracting with Appliance and Refrigerator Hospital. Now, I have to say that the repair man from ARH, recently employed by Albert Lee was also charming, polite and knew what he was doing. The administration of the repair during the changeover was, however, just ghastly. Parts were left behind, no-one knew what was going on -- and no-one at Albert Lee really cared. ARH did the repair at cost - but Albert Lee refused to give any compensation. Customer Service runs sales deep there, I think.
