Keenen & sons did an excellent luxury plank vinyl flooring installation in our bathroom. Very happy with our experience. I recommend them, and would hire them again myself.

Keenan & Sons was great to work with. Keenan came to the house to do a thorough walk through to understand what we wanted and followed up with a quote in a timely manner. He worked with us to find a flooring that fit exactly what we wanted. We had great communication leading up to the installation and Keenan and his crew were amazing during installation. They were respectful and clean while they were working in the house, and at the end of each day gear was neat and organized. Keenan helped no only with flooring throughout the house, but also installed a backsplash in our kitchen and helped arrange a painting project that we needed done as part of the job. Everything turned out amazing, I would 100% hire Keenan & Sons again, do yourself a favor and give Keenan a call.

I recently hired Keenen & Sons for a challenging concrete leveling project in my home. They tackled my basement level bedrooms, garage, bathroom, and laundry room, which were no easy feat. The results were outstanding! Keenen’s team worked diligently, and the quality of their work exceeded our expectations. Our floors are now level, and we couldn’t be happier. Highly recommended!

Projects went great, started out as a repair that looked so good we decided to do the laundry and en-suite bathroom In the same Lvp. Keenan from Keenan and sons does such work and extremely conscientious . Next he is going to Lvp Our stairs, hallway and master bedroom. You can’t go wrong using this company.

Keenen is amazing! He replaced a variety of floor surfaces with vinyl plank throughout our newly purchased home and replaced the tile floor in the bathroom with Marmoleum. The results are stunning and transformed the house! He had to deal with layers of old vinyl, old carpet, and stairs with an uneven cement surface. He demonstrated his expertise with his solutions for each problematic area. The house was left clean and tidy at the end of each day. He fit the job in between other previously scheduled jobs so we wouldn’t have to wait long to move in, and completed the project in a timely manner. His initial estimate was close to the final cost and he explained in detail all extra costs. The final cost was very reasonable. In addition to his expertise, Keenen communicates clearly and consistently and is extremely personable. The overall experience was painless and we’re very pleased with the outcome!

Keenen did an excellent job my house turned out amazing he is a hard worker concentious detail oriented showed up on appointed time worked till 8 at night got the job done early l can't say enough about what a great installer his besides being a nice man I would on a scale of 1 to 10 give him a 100 would recommend him in a second.

Keenen and Sons does top notch work. They get in and get the job done quickly, while maintaining the highest quality standards. I have used many flooring contractors in the past and was never satisfied with the quality of the install. I started installing the flooring myself so I could provide my customers with a quality product. I just wasn't efficient enough at it. Now that I found Keenen, I won't ever use another flooring contractor. He has earned my business and I look forward to a great business relationship.

In 2018, I hired Keenen Lucas to install a premium grade of Marley brand floor covering in American Dance Institute's two new Shoreline, Washington dance studios. The total square footage was 2400, which is a large job. Keenen was excellent, and as I write this review two years later, it is as good as the day he installed it. What I appreciated about Lucas's work was how organized, systematic, and exacting he was. He did not take short cuts. Every preparational step was taken to make sure our floors were level and smooth and ready to receive the covering. Marley flooring is bulky, heavy, and challenging to install, but Keenan handled it like a pro. He finished on time and on budget. It is easy to imagine that he is focused and disciplined in all the work he performs. He is a rare, true craftsman. I highly recommend him to you for any project you have in mind. We are opening two new studios soon and I intend to hire him again ​ Steve Chayer
