I think the equipment and competence of Bjorn is better than other carpet cleaners I have used. His company does other work, including grout cleaning and window washing. They communicate primarily by text and email but did phone me back when I originally called regarding service. I felt I got good value for the cost. P.S. They do ask that the customer vacuum prior to their steam cleaning."

"Adrian and his crew did a great job regrouting the floor, shower floor and shower walls of our bathroom. They also installed a gorgeous mosaic backsplash in both our kitchen and bathroom. They showed up on time, worked hard and got this large amount of work done in 3 days. We needed a little touch up done in a couple spots after the job was completed and Adrian came out and took care of it. They were also reasonably priced. Very happy with the work and highly recommend them!"

"I purchased the floor rejuvenation package, which was a great deal, and called to have them come out and look at the floor.  I had a few trouble spots and when i called David memtioned that they would want to see those and assess them.  They discussed my options as my floor was pretty bad and they called me the next day with the quote to finish the floor.  They came on the scheduled day and began their work.  My floors look so much better.  Because they were pretty bad I didn't really expect much.  They had cleaned up almost all of the spots.  There were a couple that were there before I had the house.  Now the floor looks beautiful and matches my ceiling.  I am so glad they took my floors on and I would recommend them again.  They were great and they were honest with me which goes a long way!  Also for the job they took on I feel their pricing was very fair and I would have them come out again."
