Mr. Garcia called within a few minutes of my posting, and came out to my property within a few hours to assess the project and give me a bid. He then had a written estimate emailed to me the same day! We started the project the very next week, and everything was completely organized with loads of blocks, dirt, gravel, and equipment. Each day, all materials needed were there timely, so the project went very smoothly. Mr. Garcia and his team of workers were polite, efficient, and the hardest workers I've ever seen! They worked extremely hard and fast, despite some bad weather. I highly recommend Pg Landscaping and wouldn't hesitate to hire them again for any upcoming projects!"

"Timberline Review We had an amazing experience working with Timberline Patios. They designed a 500sqft addition to our already existing covered patio and it is simply amazing. We first met with Skylar who was extremely knowledgeable about the design process as well as offering his take on different styles and what would work for our area. We are still working with him on completing the outdoor kitchen to go with our new patio! After the deigns were submitted to the city, we met with Mario who came to our house almost weekly to walk the project and ensure it was up to our standards, which it always was! Something I really appreciated about Mario was his opinion regarding the concrete pad which Timberline doesn’t do. He referred us to Casey who did an awesome job with our stamped concrete. They then worked together to make sure the concrete and patio were both up to our standards. Jake and Eli were the primary builders for our project with Kyle coming in for the last week or so. I could not recommend Jake and Eli more. They worked so fast and hard to get this project done before our newborn arrived while still maintaining their high standards. They were very communicative about their progress. I really appreciated how clean they were too, especially with a toddler that liked to wander the construction area. Kyle was great when he came in to finish the post wraps and trim work. His attention to detail was suburb. I would recommend Timberline to anyone looking to build or expand an outdoor living area. They are top notch and I can’t wait to continue to work with them through our kitchen design and build!"

"Renting a unit, landlord had turned off the fireplace 10 years prior and it wouldn't come back on. Chase came out, diagnosed and fixed everything, cleaned it all up, and showed me how to keep it going even if we turn it off every summer. I've since been able to help several other folks in our complex sort out minor issues with theirs, but when it's not dead simple I refer them to Chase. 10/10, would use again, have recommended to others. Total was 723.36$, I believe that broke down as 159$ base fee, 499$ for all the work, plus tax. I don't remember the distribution in the work/cleaning/etc."

"The install was supposed to be complete in 2 days. It took 7 and we were left without heat in October for 6 of them. The install was defective - pipes weren't attached and we were heating the crawl space for over a month before my husband identified the problem. We purchased on the premise that the system was eligible for a $4000.00 rebate thru PSE. When paperwork was sent to me to fill out, it qualified for $2400.00."

"We called a company that advertises on tv with a catchy jingle for a fix on our old heat pump. We knew we might have to replace it. A fix was not in the plan for this company.......only a replace. The price was shocking and they would give us a discount if we did it right away. ugh Just so irksome. Our neighbor had used Legacy One recently for a new heat pump as had friends of our neighbor. Karl gave us the option of repairing the old one or installing a new one. We opted for a new one with a new air handler, too. He gave us a few options on brands and then installed a couple days later. We really are saving on the electric bill.....probably half this winter. yay It will take a few years to pay for it in savings but we have a warmer house now, too. The new heat pumps are quite efficient for this mild climate. Our old unit could not keep up so auxiliary heat was coming on too often. We would turn down the temperature to keep it from coming on so were usually a little cold. My only complaint is that the cement pad on which the heat pump sits is on a steep hill and the workers eroded the dirt on the downhill side and did not replace.....but it was a minor problem for us and husband shoveled dirt back up."
