Not spending too much time on this John was supposed to try fix my 81yr old uncles pellet stove gave us a used one for 600$ for temp, but couldn't use it cus it smoked got some one else to fix smoke pellet stove ran less than 48hrs then started making crazy noise and won't ignite pellets, I keep calling never get a response from John and his mom just "doesn't know" am really unhappy

After the initial call it took about a month and a half to set up appointment for quote, he came and gave me a quote, i have a signed copy, after another month, he showed up with another person and start to evaluate the job and said he needed more material, he left and never came back again.

The owner and installer nice guy. There were some hiccups along the way with supplies yet overall install looked and worked perfect. I would have given five stars yet three months into burning had a small scare that I called and texted photo and video to his secretary and mom to have him come out. For whatever reason after a missed appointment no hear back.

John installed a new pipe for my wood stove. After 5 uses it smoked out my garaged.Called the office and talked to Peggy every day for a week to get a call back from John and he would not return my call to fix the issue!! TAKE THE MONEY AND RUN!!!
