Felicity Construction has done a couple of remodel projects for me. The projects included two bathroom remodels, a mudroom remodel as well as several appliance installations and building a fence. Juan has been great to work with, he shows up when scheduled, he is very careful when working in the home and keeps the work area neat and tidy and works quickly to complete projects. He is also very knowledgeable with all aspects of a project and has provided great solutions. His pricing has also been very reasonable and no surprises on his bids. I will be using Juan again for future projects.
