Ilya and team were great! Communication was timely and constant. Ilya is a hard hard worker and made our master bathroom amazing. He took out our tub and single shower and installed 2 shower head bathroom with heated flooring, floating vanity, and another light above the shower. He is respectful of our home and a dog person for sure! He left everything nice and neat and went through thoroughly to ensure he did not leave any dust or debris past his working hours. Professional, courteous, reliable, honest, hard working, thoughtful and everything you want in a contractor. I have worked with many companies but I have never been this impressed. First of all, the owner is great to work with. He showed up everyday to make sure everything went according to plan. He was very meticulous and brought out a structural engineer several times to make sure that things were done safely and we wouldn’t have any problems down the road. He always had great ideas and what I appreciated was that he wasn’t always trying to upsell you and had cost in mind because re-modeling projects always have unexpected surprises. Gashin took our outdated downstairs and completely changed the look of our home into a stunning modern home. They took out all the tile flooring and installed new hardwood floors, took down several walls to make an open concept space for our kitchen and dining room, refaced the fireplace, installed a new island and countertops for the kitchen, and all the small things involved in a renovation like ours. To add, they did all this in about 6 weeks. I appreciate how our project was not in conjunction with others which helped to make the whole process super timely. Yes, there was dust but they covered everything up and made sure that the zone was clean every night. After getting to know the owner and his crew I had zero reservations about giving them full access to my home.

We had a great experience with Gashin Empire. Ilya was recommended to us by friends who had remodeled their bathrooms. We worked with him to develop our scope and to answer all questions before signing the contract. He was very helpful in the planning stage and made suggestions for efficiencies, (such as resurfacing the bathtub instead of replacing it). His team showed up as scheduled and the work was completed in a reasonable amount of time. The pricing was reasonable (not the cheapest but not the most expensive - just realistic and fair), and the quality of the work was excellent. If I have future remodeling needs I would not hesitate to use Gashin Empire again.

It went fantastic. Iliya is wonderful he added a bathroom, and was very thorough with cleaning. My bathroom is so sophisticated. I recommend any day or time.

After our dishwasher leaked and ruin our floor, we had hired another a contractor to remodel our kitchen but found that he did not want to do because to him it was too small of a job. So, I found GASHIN EMPIRE LLC on Angie. He came out and looked at it and said that he would do it. He is very open, honest, he gave me a clear schedule and he was able to accommodate our needs. After waiting 4 months for our kitchen to get done he did it in 4 weeks. It is beautiful and all our guests just love what he has done. I would absolutely hire him again in the future.

The work was excellent. Attention to detail. He was very easy to work with. He would help you figure out what you want to do and how to do it, or he can work from your drawings or plans. Tile, windows with trim, cabinetry, all looks great. Also... he is an all around great guy. Love my remodeled house.
