"We were recommended JetJen as the "Top of the List" by a welding supplier in Bremerton for our unique need. Prior to our annual trip to TX, during my prior to departure inspection I observer a suspension hanger had tore away from the main I-beam. I went through 3 local RV Dealers who all turned down the repairs. JetJen was the only one who not only accepted the work, he took it as a challenge. For a whole week after his 10-12hr "day job", they worked tirelessly for hours each night until the repair was better than off the assembly line. We are now in TX without any problems. "Definitely recommend/hire. I first called Reidt Way Doors in the morning and explained my wood garage door (original that is 30+ years old) had come apart and needed replacing. Richard said he could come by for a look later that afternoon. He was the only door company I called that didn't schedule for next day, week, or beyond. Richard showed up around 5pm and had a look at the door. He said that these doors were well made and I could likely fix the top panel, vs buying a whole new door, as the wood had separated but not fractured. After talking through his recommendation (what exactly to undo to remove the panel) I was impressed and going to go that route. Next thing I know he's poking and prodding on the door and he gets the panel pieces to go back into place on the spot. He attaches a steel brace in two areas to hold the top/bottom together, and the door I thought was going to cost me at least a $grand, is now in perfect working order! He also replaced the springs, as one had broken, which caused the issue to begin with."

They gave me several quotes including $4800 to replace just the anode rod or $4500 to replace the whole water heating unit, but wouldn't show me pricing details. I told them to move forward with the repair and afterwards he could walk me through the details of the pricing. They charged my card for $4127 plus tax. I asked to see an itemized invoice and was told I would be sent one when the technician completed his notes. I later received a one line item invoice for $4127 plus tax for a 50 gal electric water heater replacement, several photos, and nothing more. I looked up the retail cost of my new water heater and it is only $825. The average cost in my area is $1000-$2300 for installing a replacement water heater of its size and kind. This company will overcharge you. I?ve filed with the AG for price gouging. "
