Ryan was able to fix a leaky kitchen faucet at short notice. He has a very pleasant disposition & did an awesome job. He was working at my neighbor’s home and I was very impressed with the patchwork and painting he’d done in her home.

Ryan has done work for us twice. He is an affable, professional contractor. He's very capable and does high quality work. He's also forthcoming if he doesn't have the skills for something or if he thinks something is a bad idea. Some of the things he did for us: 1) Set up outdoor lighting 2) Set up security cameras 3) Fix and clean gutters 4) Drywall / Ceiling repair 5) Fixing broken closet door We will definitely hire Ryan again as he does great work and is easy to engage with.

Great communication via text and phone to help me decide on design. Came on scheduled day and did a great job. Also spent an hour after the job to provide info on some other projects that I was thinking about. Will not hesitate to hire Ryan again.

Background:
Over the past few months, I have been upgrading my front yard: expanding driveway, creating parking area, and designing and building a Corten Steel plated multi-tier retaining wall.
I called Ryan early in the process while I was laying out drawings, post-hole digging, researching steel makers, welders, and making decisions on how thick the steel sheets should be and how robust the steel tube supports should be. These early discussions were very helpful for me in determining what materials to use and how to set up the frame-work for the retaining walls.
The Job:
Ryan is very detailed and meticulous in his work!
My girlfriend/partner is an Architect/Interior Designer and when Ryan was clarifying the options for finishing off the corners of the retaining walls, she was very impressed with his 'plan of attack'. He earned a gold-star from a woman with very high standards.
1) Vertical support: Ryan made sure all-was-level-and-square before welding sheets to vertical steel tubes
2) Horizontal Angle Bars: Ryan topped off (cut) vertical steel tubes as needed to provide a platform for the angle-bars to rest on prior to welding. Ryan maintained an open line of communication to make sure he was leaving enough space above the lateral structure prior to welding.
3) Rain-or-Shine: On the 2nd day of the job, it rained all day long. Ryan stayed focused, and maintained his high level of quality of work.
4) Ryan completed the structural requirements for the retaining walls on day 2 (while drenched!!)
** When the monsoon's move on, Ryan will return to finish of the edges ... I look forward to working with him again ***

Ryan was great to work with.  He happened to be available the same day I called him, and arrived right on time.  Our neighborhood mailbox (CBU) was broken into and the doors were damaged, lock and other hardware stolen.  Ryan straightened out the doors, repainted the box, created a new bracket on site, and welded the bracket holding the new lock on to the door.  It took him about four hours, partly due to having to wait for the post office manager to arrive with the lock and to determine what they required.
Highly recommended!

Ryan came within half an hour of our call to him. He carries all the necessary welding equipment with him in his truck and was able to weld the parts together, sand the welded area to remove excess material and put the repaired railing in place again. He charged $75 for the service. I had previously received quotes for much more than that.
