Very good. I have used this mechanic before, prior to seeing them on Angie's List. I would take my vehicles there again. I feel like they are honest and do a good job.

Wonderful! The Chevy dealership quoted us a price of $1000. Greg of Maximum Performance quickly quoted us a much cheaper price and was very knowledgeable about this particular repair. He fit us in quickly and stated the job would not take more than 3-4 hours. My husband was notified when the car was finished, which was within the time frame, and the price was exactly what Greg estimated. Great quality work with professional, knowledgeable, experienced, and friendly staff. We'll definitely go there again.

Our family has been going to Maximum Performance for many years. Greg always has been very honest and reasonable. The dealer quoted almost twice as much for the tranny replacement. He looked into the details and discovered that the '05 tranny's had some issues so he got in a newer model and did a great job. The work was completed on time and he never has charged more than quoted. A few months later the transmission went out in my wife's minivan. He provided some great advice and we ended up going car shopping. When asking what would be a reliable vehicle he simply said, "Well, if you don't want to see me often...." Needless to say, I don't see him that often now but I certainly refer them to all of my friends who are looking for a mechanic they can trust.

Very Good Glen the owner and I discussed ; Minimum Work required and the Cost. Then My needs which was more Extensive work for a longer length of time with minimal future break downs that All New parts beyond needed parts would give her, My truck is being used by god daughter away from home at University of Washington where I'm unable to help up keep on truck . Glen' s prices and desire to complete any and all my asked for work at a very good price and warranty for two years there after made me feel I had a family member with him working on our truck Thanks Glen and Gary for being there when I couldn't be there for her

Maximum Performance Inc my husband did everything, I spoke to them on the phone and they were really nice and answered the questions that I had. My husband is the one who takes our car in and he has always had a good experience. He comes home and says this is our new car place, this is where we are going to go.

Previously, I had gone to another nearby shop who gave me the whole 'brake scare'....your brakes are going out, you need to replace them, they're leaking, etc. Their price for the work that also included replacing a wheel sensor was outrageous so I took my car to Greg based on reviews here and from another trusted transmission person. Greg was wonderful. He did the job quickly and for a price that was 1/3 the price of the other place. In addition, he made it quite clear that NO the brakes were not leaking...they were fine. No need to spend money unnecessarily for a repair that did NOT need doing (btw - another nearby business who services our tires had also said that there were no brake problems). He replaced the part that needed doing and nothing more.
I would not hesitate to take my cars there again....only wish that I had found them a LONG time ago. I probably would have saved myself unnecessary headaches and saved myself a lot of money

I was not disappointed...I worked with Greg at Maximum Performance and he was knowledgeable, professional, responsive and very fair. He also provided a 10% military discount, which I am most grateful. I made the appointment the week before moving and everything was accomplished as promised and within budget. If something did not need to be done on the car, Greg recommended to not spend money that was not necessary.
I would recommend Maximum Performance to anyone requiring any kind of maintenance. You will be treated fairly, honestly and professionally. Thanks Greg for your efforts.

Called Maximum Performance based on Angie's List feedback. I knew the problem was either a wheel bearing or brakes. He was able to get me in the same day. Technician inspected the rear wheels and determined that the right caliper was failed and not releasing and the left caliper released slowly. He recommended rotors, shoes/pads (I forget which it was), and calipers. I approved the work and the technician started right away and finished the same day. The hourly shop rate was a little high but the work was done well and quickly. I will use Maximum Performance again.

I called to schedule an appointment, and we were able to schedule a date and time for the following week. my husband took the vehicle in at the scheduled time, knowing there would be an approximate wait of two hours. He was impressed with the service he received. He said that other customers were known by their name, and the service was completed quickly - he was home after about an hour. We would definitely recommend these guys!

We brought the Mercury Sable in because the heater/defroster was not working. Of course it worked when we got it there. They told us to bring it back in when it stops working again. This time they found that fuses had melted together and that was causing it to work and then not work. They replaced the fuses and didn't charge for labor because they said there was no way to tell if the fuses were that bad when they saw it the first time and they may have missed it and they felt the goodwill with our family was worth not charging us labor. We were very pleased but not surprised by this gesture of customer service.

Contacted Maximum Performance after reviewing on Angie's List and after quote from Dodge dealership for auto service. They quoted a much better price for the same service and performed it quickly and to our satisfaction.
