Rick committed to coming to my house twice to fix / weld a door. Not only did he not show up twice but then ignored my texts when I followed up (and has his read receipts on to show they were read). Would avoid if you want someone reliable

Showed up on time. Went straight to work, asked pertinent questions, and cleaned up when done. No wasted time. Highly recommend. Will use again for next project. Rick earned his money. A very reasonable rate as well. I always tip good work. He got a tip.

Rick responded within 5 minutes to schedule time to take a look and provide an estimate and was able to come that afternoon! As I needed a part the repairs were completed the next day! (And on Thanksgiving week no less!). He was fast professional and did a great job! Definitely recommend and will definitely use again !
