At Chuck’s Auto Repair, keeping you safe while you’re on the road is our top priority. But we also want to make sure you have a great time while you’re with us. To ensure both, we hire only well-qualified mechanics and front desk service agents whose passions extend beyond nuts, bolts, tires, belts, hoses, engines and everything else automotive; we hire people who truly care about the individuals and families who entrust your vehicles (and your lives while aboard your vehicles!) to us. When we repair your vehicle, we install parts that meet or exceed OEM standards. Our goal: to make every repair as safe and reliable as if you were driving off the showroom floor for the first time. We service Foreign and Domestic vehicles along with German models too. Here is a list of the major brands we repair: Subaru, Honda, Toyota, Acura, Lexus, Cadillac, Chevrolet, Saturn, Ford, Chrylser, Jeep, Dodge, Nissan, Mazda, Volkswagen, Audi, BMW and Volvo. We are conveniently located on Roosevelt Way, just south of Northgate Mall, on the east side of I-5 and north of the University District. Local communities in our area are Maple Leaf, Laurelhurst, Wedgwood, Pinehurst, View Ridge, Greenlake, Northgate and Ravenna. We are available from 8am - 6pm Monday through Friday. We are also an Emission Certified Repair facility. We strive to provide our customers with the best car repair experience possible. "[Member Name Removed] I find it interesting that you seem to think that it's our fault. You left us only the valet key and not the key remote. We even offered you many options to solve the issue and make it right. And yet you still feel compelled to write several bad reviews based on the fact that you made the mistake of not giving us your remote when you dropped your car off for service. You are the owner of your car so only you know of you cars locking issues. You did not warn us about you cars locking issue. When we finished the oil change and parked your car, we did lock it up, like every car we work on. To ensure safety for our customers cars. We had no idea it wouldn't unlock without the remote. Only you would know that. What I find even more interesting is that you work as a mediator to solve other people's conflicts. Yet here you are trying to cause conflict even after we offered many solutions to resolve it. All based on a problem that could have been avoided by you simply giving us the remote. Instead you feel the right to negatively review us for your mistake. Not just once, but twice now. We appreciate that you won't be coming back."
