Prior to our annual trip to TX, during my prior to departure inspection I observer a suspension hanger had tore away from the main I-beam. I went through 3 local RV Dealers who all turned down the repairs. JetJen was the only one who not only accepted the work, he took it as a challenge. For a whole week after his 10-12hr "day job", they worked tirelessly for hours each night until the repair was better than off the assembly line. We are now in TX without any problems.
