It's really a bad experience, I canceled a very important event and back to my house from another city wait for their schedule on time and they call me last minute that they can not come and need delayed at least 3 hours. I want to say: not everybody has that much free time to wait and wait especially during the holiday, you ruined my whole day!!!!!

Very good - one of the vents had not been cleaned for many years and they stayed with it until it was done. They were also honest with me that the other dryer vent would not need to be cleaned for several years. I will be hiring them again.

That was okay. It was an okay service. There was nothing special. They just finished the work. Their communication was good. The way they did the cleaning was not what I expected. The service was different from what I expected. Maybe he has different technique or tools. Price was good. Their responsiveness was good. I'd consider them in the future.

air ducts were vacuumed out with a shopvac, dryer vent was cleaned, was quoted $6000.00 for deep-clean of furnace, repairing ducts crawlspace cleaning and vapor barrier replacement. I was able to get the crawlspace cleaned, pest barriers installed, vapor barrier replaced, heating ducts sealed, 1/2 duct completely replaced from main trunk, and insulation replaced for 1/2 the cost. I also put a 30% down payment on the $6000.00 quote that took the company about 5 days to return.

Put an ineffective suction on the system vent system. Wanted $200-300 more to 'sweep' vents. Vacumed the debris immediately accessible from the open vent. Refused to inspect the firebox because he would have to remove some screws.

Eddie arrived to do basic dry vent cleaning, but I was concerned with the path the vent took he traced vents & discovered the hose to dryer was no longer connected due to poor attachment seal. He moved dryer from cubby, put in next hose, cleaned scrubbed – it was so bad that is was a serious fire hazard my hero!

Eddie was on time, called when he was in route and reviewed the status of the duct and vents we upgraded the service to have each vent scrubbed with a brush in order to remove old build-up and get a better clean.
