"I was impressed!  I sent an email when I found Ryan's Restoration on Angie's List.  I received an immediate response and an appointment was set up within two days.(I had a short turn around because the house was being re-rented).  Bob, who was superb, came out on Saturday at 1:30 and worked non-stop till about 7:30.  He was super professional, pleasant, and did an outstanding job.  The carpet are looking wonderful after stretching (no ripples), repair, and cleaning.  The tile looks great and I feel comfortable letting new renters move in (the old renters had three dogs and I wanted to make sure the house was clean and safe).  I would re-hire them in a minute....a very professional service organization.

The handyman that normally does stuff in my house wasn't comfortable doing the removal himself and wanted to call in a pro. I called a number of tile specialists and either got that they were too busy for a small job (this market is CRAZY) or very high prices.
