We got 7 bids for the work and chose them because they came out in person and were detailed in what they needed to do to both prep the walls, remove/repair the existing 4" backsplash of countertop material, as well as install the tile properly. They brought sample grout colors to help select one that best matched the handmade tile and worked with us on selecting the schluter and options for sealing the tile. They came up with solutions to help the tile fit into the space seamlessly - like it was there from the beginning. "Had Empire install wood, carpet and tile in my house. The installers for the wood flooring were great. I need them to break it up over 2 weekends and they were very accommodating. These guys did a great job on the floor and made sure that all was cleaned up when they finished. The tile installer was phenomenal. He was very helpful with the pattern my wife wanted. The floor looks amazing. They did a good job installing the carpet but, I have never had an installer take all the remnants and scraps. If I ever needed a piece for a patch, I’m out of luck. All in all, they did a good job."

"I was impressed!  I sent an email when I found Ryan's Restoration on Angie's List.  I received an immediate response and an appointment was set up within two days.(I had a short turn around because the house was being re-rented).  Bob, who was superb, came out on Saturday at 1:30 and worked non-stop till about 7:30.  He was super professional, pleasant, and did an outstanding job.  The carpet are looking wonderful after stretching (no ripples), repair, and cleaning.  The tile looks great and I feel comfortable letting new renters move in (the old renters had three dogs and I wanted to make sure the house was clean and safe).  I would re-hire them in a minute....a very professional service organization.
