"I did explain to the employee who cleaned the home unfortunately the client wanted some other items done that wasn?t told to myself or asked the employee so I wasn?t aware of this I sent the invoice to the client and she waited 3 weeks to pay and at that time was the 1st I had heard of anything wrong with the clean she actually hugged her goodbye so not sure why she gave a bad review as employee was there 5 hours"
