"It went fine. I called and asked if someone could come out today to remove three wooden pallets, the largest of which was 12' long. They said they could come between 2-4p for a very reasonable fee and that they would call before showing up (because I'm not usually hanging out at my storage unit). They called at 1:15p. Luckily, I was able to run down there early. The guy who showed up was unable to get the largest pallet into his truck even with my help so I had to call two friends and have them come down. He was friendly and willing to wait and continue to work the problem."

"I cannot express enough how unsatisfied I am with the ER Eliete Remodeling Services, LLC and the services provided by the general contractor I hired for my home renovation project. From start to finish, the experience was nothing short of a nightmare. I regret choosing them and would strongly advise others against making the same mistake. Poor Quality Workmanship: The quality of their work was abysmal. The finishes were sloppy, and it was evident that they lacked attention to detail. I had to point out numerous mistakes and flaws that should have been caught during the construction process. Unprofessional Behavior: The behavior of the contractor and their crew was unprofessional and disrespectful.
