John provided a very competitive quote and was able to quickly understand my vision and accomplished everything I needed. Thank you!

DS did a great job helping us with some fast upgrades on a recent rental property purchase. We used them demo some kitchen cabinets, counters and bedroom carpeting and install new quartz countertops and tile accent wall. Their prices were reasonable and they fit us in quickly. They were helpful, flexible, and the communication was great. We would happily use them again.

Contractor was responsive on quote and willing to work within budget constraints of the project. I had a very positive experience. No work goes as smoothly as anticipated, but a willingness to work with your customers to make sure they are satisfied is not an easy thing to find in a contractor. I would recommend DS to my friends and family.

If I could give this business an A+++ I would. John walked into a huge mess of a carpet - a cat had been allowed to urinate all over it for years, and for half a dozen reasons it was never replaced. He was enormously compassionate toward our predicament, and agreed to take the work, while I think other contractors would not have.
The old pad had to be scraped up before the new one could be laid. It was back-breaking work, and in the end paid off enormously. The carpet looks awesome. I haven't had any problems or had to call them back.
John was easy to get a hold of by both phone and email when I had questions, and always treated me with respect and courtesy. I don't know him on a personal level, but I can tell by his actions that he's a good guy, and takes his work seriously.

John came out for the estimate and provided the results promptly and in writing. I also got a quote from Lowe's, which came in lower. I contacted John and he worked with me to revise the carpet choice and come in under the Lowe's price. I ended up with a better quality carpet and a better stair treatment than I would have had with Lowe's for less money. John was also more responsive and flexible than the big company, and was overall a very good choice.
The installer showed up on time and got right to work. At the end of the day, as he was about to start the stairs he noticed that the new stair treatment would expose a part of the wall that the painters did not paint (because it was under the old carpet). He gave me the option to paint it first and finish the install in the morning so that I wouldn't have to paint around the new carpet. That was an unexpected wrinkle that they handled very well.
After the installer was finished, I found some black spots on the floor of a room that they did not work in - could have come from several places, as I had multiple contractors working at the same time. I called John in case we had to replace that carpet after all, and he found a way to get it done on the same day. We didn't end up replacing that section of carpet, but John was ready to save the day, and that's representative of the level of service that he gave.

We were very satisfied with the quality of work, promptness and professionalism of John and his subcontractors.
