"Came when they said they would, cleaned off roofs and checked gutters at downspouts for debris. Put baking soda on roof ridges and cleaned up the debris off the roofs. Plan to have them return next year."

"Richard, owner and his nephew did a superb job cleaning our roof, gutters, cleaned the skylights, applied moss killer. Even went above and beyond by power washing our front walk way. While cleaning the roof he also took pictures of problem areas that needs attention. Cleaned all debris around. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing roof, power washing and much more that his company services. Job well done, thank you Richard and Demitri ( the nephew)! "The job went well despite the drizzly rain. I was able to get scheduled in within a week. Affordable compared to many others out there. Bob was quick, friendly, respectful, and on time. He even took the time to remove his shoes every time he entered our house. Having new floors just installed this was a big plus! I would've offered him some house slippers if we had extra ones. Our dryer vent is very short with the dryer right up against the exterior wall. He cleaned that out for us too."

"I tried Intestate because they had great reviews. He was running a little late but communicated to me to let me know what time he would be there. James was very efficient and fast. He also used special wash that repelled dust and debris. My windows look amazingly clean. It was inexpensive and professionally done. James was very pleasant to talk with too."
