We are a family business with years of electrical experience. We have been in the electrical trade for 20 + years. We are licensed, bonded, and insured. We are a affordable, reliable, and honest company.

"Rarely do I rave, but these guys really do deserve every five star review. They priced the job fairly, arrived on time, and did not leave anything as done until we were fully satisfied. They are also quick! They removed 7 chandeliers and replaced for 7 new ones on 15 foot high ceilings in just 3 hours. It was impressive to watch."

"I am a local elected official with a reputation for integrity, and I can confidently say this 1000% happened on Friday, January 24, 2025. Zero stars. This company is extremely shady. Jose, the co-owner, came out to repair some ceiling drywall but then claimed that a recently replaced pipe had broken as he was doing the drywall. This was an outright lie—he couldn’t even keep a straight face while trying to justify charging me more money to fix an issue he caused! Stay away from this company. They may be more “affordable” but it will cost you more when they claim there are other issues! His wife the “CEO” will probably come on this review and try to explain things always—but don’t buy it for a second. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me. I’m happy to provide further details. Avoid this company and their dishonest practices at all costs! (541) 645-0296"

Ceiling Fans questions, answered by experts

The number of blades for your fan poses both advantages and disadvantages. Typically, the more blades on a fan, the better the air distribution and cooling effect, but this also means that your fan will have more wear on its motor. For small rooms, three-blade fans should work fine. For larger areas like living rooms, four or five-blade fans might be the better option.

Ceiling fan installation costs can vary widely based on factors such as the height of the ceiling, whether there's existing wiring, and local labor rates. Generally, one should pay between $100 and $300 for professional installation.

Most ceiling fans have a lifespan of anywhere from five to 15 years or 10 years on average. Just how long your ceiling fan lasts depends on the quality of the parts, how much it’s used, and how well you maintain it. A fan with a weak motor that runs on the medium setting nonstop is likely to have a shorter lifespan compared to a fan with a powerful motor that runs on the slowest setting for air circulation.

There are many types of ceiling fans, from self-automated smart ceiling fans to outdoor ceiling fans that provide additional comfort to your patio. What you choose all comes down to function and personal taste.

Consider your ceiling height when selecting a ceiling fan. Rooms with ceilings under eight feet high will do well with low-profile ceiling fans, also known as flush-mount or hugger ceiling fans. If your home has cathedral ceilings or ceilings between 10 and 25 feet high, you’ll need a large ceiling fan with a heavy-duty motor to get adequate air circulation.

The direction you want your ceiling fan to move in depends on the season you’re in. During summer, you want it to move counterclockwise to produce a cooling downdraft. During winter, you want it to move clockwise to circulate warm air throughout the room.
