The company says this shouldn't happen, so Gloria set an appointment for Ryan to come out and see what needed to be done. We needed some new sheetrock done in the bathrooms, so we arranged that. It wasn't done correctly by the people we hired, so Ryan actually made three trips here. We were only charged on the last trip when he was able to complete everything. He was very helpful and pleasant as was Gloria and everyone else we came into contact with at the company.
