"had a deeply frustrating experience with Hunt’s HVAC Services that reflects a serious lack of professionalism and customer care. They contacted me early last week to schedule service for my HVAC system, and I agreed to their preferred date—the following Monday. I received a confirmation email on Sunday and a reminder Monday morning for the upcoming afternoon appointment. I drove 1.5 hours to the service site, only to be met with confusion and poor communication. When I called at 12:30 to ask for a specific arrival time, I was told the technician would contact me 30 minutes before arriving—but they couldn’t give me a time estimate. I waited another 2.5 hours before receiving a call informing me that no technician would be coming at all. My only options were to reschedule or cancel. I asked to speak with a manager and was placed on long hold. Eventually, I was told the manager was “too busy” to speak with me and would call me later. That call never came. This experience was a complete waste of time and resources, and the lack of accountability was appalling. Hunt’s HVAC Services failed to honor their commitment, communicate effectively, or show basic courtesy. I strongly advise others to stay away from this business."

"This was a new $800,000.00 home We still don't have the house signed off from Cowlitz county planning because of Fusion Electrical Services LLC have not completed it BUT WERE PAID IN FULL OVER A YEAR AGO.My mini split has not been completed in 13 months, my breaker panel hasn't been put back together in a year, I paid parker and alissa in full.The owner Alissa tried to put a protective order against me back in August because I sent her text message asking when will they complete my job. I sent her a correction notice from Cowlitz county planning showing her all the correction needed. The Judge said me texting to get my job done was NOT harrassment. Since then I found out from Feltons HVAC good guys, that the electrical wires that Fusion spliced Diakin says no you can't, that is why my mini split won't work. They cut my new cooling lines I supplied in the kit, they said they had to because the lines were to short. That is not true it's because Parker had no clue what he was doing and didn't install the inside unit first then measure the lines and wires then set the height of the outside unit. We are forced to go back to court in a few months. They received 3 separate violation from WASHINGTON STATE LNI on my new home, now LNI just notified us about some other things. Parker and his company are not licensed to do HVAC work, he said he was licensed and bonded for HVAC he lied, FYI you cant file a lien on thier bond for HVAC even though they did the work and destroyed my install kit for my mini splite, I have a invoices from another company to fix the mess, replace the destroyed kit and complete the job on the mini split for over $5000.00 and for electrical over $5000.00 She won't resolve it I have tons of text messages asking her to just get it completed, she tells me she will jerry rigge it with no new parts, I paid for new I want the job done correctly . I hope this helps another consumer to be protected"

As a single woman, I find at times that a male dominated field has some people who try to get extra money out of you by recommended additional work that I actually didnâ t need. "Originally Tanner was 5 STARS until he took $4,500 and didn't finish the job. I had to pay another electrician $3,000 to fix Tanners work and finish putting electricity. Tanner bid and quoted my electrical job for $6k. As with reputable professionals, he asked for 50% when he started the job, which was $3k. He asked for more money along the way which I wasn't comfortable with but gave it to him. After paying 4,500, I had no heat, no hot water, no lights, basically nothing but one outlet that he charged me an extra $300. He failed to put outlets in places that are normal for a house, he didn't provide a switch to turn on/off the hallway lights, and more. He texted me on the day he was to finish the job and has ghosted me since. DO NOT HIRE Tanner as he's not skilled and not trustworthy. Sad thing is that a close friend recommended him and Tanner took advantage of me, a single retired lady just trying to remodel a house. See you in small claims court. I will also file with the appropriate licensing agency so that others don't lose their money."
