"Hi Mr. [Member Name Removed], I'm so sorry for the confusion on your paperwork. I've pulled your order to review it. Please rest assured, both springs were replaced on your door. On our end, when we write "one" spring change, that just means for one door, not one spring. On every single door we do a spring change for that has two springs, both are always replaced. We liken it to putting a new battery in with an old one. If you only replace one, it will make the newer one work twice as hard, and because springs run on cycles, if one breaks, it usually means the other is not far behind. Thus, why we always do both. I'm very sorry that you thought we didn't do what we said, but I can assure you we did. So sorry for the confusion on our receipt. We appreciate your feedback and I will make sure from this point forward, that is written explicitly on receipts to prevent this miscommunication in the future.
