The service Ethan and Justice provided was exceptional! They were so professional, personable and highly skilled. Ethan, certified electrician, explained everything he was doing so that I could understand and he let me know other services he could offered to help me. He found a safety issue that needed resolved and quickly resolved it. Justice helped me identify places in my home where I needed to put smoke alarms while he tested my carbon dioxide unit and smoke detector. They were both so thoughtful and offered to help me with anything else I may need that day. I would highly recommend your company and these two employees! Both Jared and Manny were professional, timely and reviewed with us the current possible problem. They listened to the process I had gone through and the decision to have them throughly make sure the electrical wiring and circuit was ok. They checked ever possible location for the possible problem. As the light did not rip the circuit breaker anymore they advised if it happened again to immediately call and they would come on out. I have already asked them to give me an estimate on a reword of my shop. Both throughly advised me as they were doing things what was going on. They also told me what I needed done to bring things to code. Job well done and intend to use them again in the future. Had a GFI outlet just up and quit working one day in a downstairs bathroom. I can't remember names, but their guy traced that down to a faulty outlet...on the other side of the house. It even squared away the outlet that on the upper deck that wasn't working. **** good troubleshooting knowledge base. If I need electrical work done that's beyond my meager skills, these are the guys I call first.

I didn't know how it could be done but they figured it out. Wasn't easy c or them but they did it and got it done. I was impressed with the skill and knowledge of the technicians. From garage attic to under the house. Super friendly, professional and am using them for other other projects. I won't use any other company.

From my initial phone call to Shocking Difference through the work that was preformed today, this has been an excellent experience! I can't always say that about every new business I deal with so when I find a keeper, I like to spread the word. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, courteous, and professional. Competitive Prices and Top Shelf Customer Service. The guys worked at a steady pace, and they checked back and updated us throughout the work. This is a fine company with well trained employees. Zeb and Quentin were great!

They provided excellent service. They guaranteed the service so when the replaced outlet quit as it had for previous electrician. I called them and they were promptly back and found the problem. I like the inspection of the whole house which included electrical panel and outlet plus addressed safety concerns.

Adam and his team of Anthony and Rick did an incredible job. They were very professional and thorough. I really appreciated the fact that Adam was the one who came out to do the quote and then also on the job itself. He was amazing. He had so many great ideas and was very patient with all of my questions. It was a great experience and we couldn't be happier with the results!

Darrell and Jerrod (sp?) arrived on time; we reviewed best locations of the different security system components, and Darrell showed me his standardized pricing guide. We agreed on the price, and they promptly set to work. The price was reasonable, considering the different locations for multiple components. They first performed an electrical safety inspection, to ensure the circuit breaker box could accommodate all the items that needed to be installed. At each step, Darrell made sure that he and I were singing out of the same hymn book and were on the same page. He answered all of my questions. They were very professional throughout the entire process. Outstanding customer service is their goal, and they go out of their way to provide customer satisfaction. I will be contacting them again for any of our electrical needs.

Went great, they got to us a week early then did the job in one day! This job was from scratch as existing wiring was not there. They had to run the wiring for at least 60 feet and it was a 240V connection. We are now enjoying our new hot tub! This is the second time we have used Shocking Difference, the quality work and service they provide is outstanding, you know you are working with true professionals! Thanks Adam great job!

They were great, very good, if something comes up, they alway srespond and does the work properly. there has been some problems before but they were able to fix it and make it work properly.

I am selling the house but during the inspection, the inspector noted a bedroom heater wasn't working. I called this company and they were flexible and arrived on time. During the visit, they determined the heater works fine and perhaps the inspector didn't understand how it worked. The next day, the buyers realtor went back to the house and said it still wasn't working. I went back down to double check and it wasn't working. I called Shocking Difference immediately and they were able to fit me into the schedule that day, sent the same guys, and replaced the whole system in the room. Great service and response. I would recommend them and hire them again if needed. The cost listed below is the combo of the 2 trips.

It took quite a while to trace source of outage. They honored their original quote in spite of the time involved. They were professional & very likable.
