Units (2) were installed 12/8/23 but 1 had a broken gear that is suppose to move the fan blades. Was promised a simple warranty repair as soon as the part came in so we paid the full installation bill. Andrew came out in March but had the incorrect part. Now no one returns our calls, the unit Still doesn’t function properly and today is 7/11/24.

If you have a super flexible schedule and don’t mind being cancelled go ahead use Millers. They cancelled my appointment without my agreement to reschedule, I took the day off work for them. I had scheduled a maintenance service on my hvac service approximately 2 months ago. The Friday before (my appointment was Wednesday) Millers called and left a voicemail asking if they could reschedule because they had to take care of a customer who was having issues with their system. I did not call them back to reschedule because I wanted to keep this appointment (we were going out of town and also I had taken time off work so I couldn’t just switch my work schedule again). The day of the appointment I called them to ask why no one had shown up and they told me they cancelled my appointment because they didn’t have enough technicians (they changed their excuse now mind you…on the voicemail they said they had to service another customer).

This company is great and they were incredibly helpful. Not only did they do great work and were flexible in changing anything I needed, they sent someone out to look at my new water heater that had been installed by Heat Relief a horrible company that refused to come check on the water heater they had just installed the day before. Miller's was willing to send out their water heater guy to look at it for me even though he wasn't familiar with the brand and didn't install it. He looked at the manual and just like I thought, he only needed to change a few settings. Nothing big. It made a huge difference though! I was not getting any hot water, only lukewarm and it was taking almost 15 minutes to get that. The guy from Miller's changed the settings in 20 minutes and now I get hot water in less than one minute!!! Thank you Miller's!

Perfect from start to finish. The bid process was no pressure and provided many options and recommendations. Installation was flawless with personnel who were very personable and professional. In addition to being a technically sound installation the work was visually appealing in a technical sense. The team cleaned absolutely everything. Additionally, they were careful of the garden plants in the outdoor work area. Miller's office staff scheduled all work and inspections and all schedules were met. We had the motor go out on our furnace, and they guaranteed it. They came out and replaced the motor for free, and now it’s lifetime—if it ever goes out again, they’ll replace it for nothing.

We had an old electric furnace and we had to have gas run into the house. After they installed the new furnace, they realized that they couldn't install the exhaust pipe because, of our roof type. We sat here for 7 nights without any heat. When we finally got that settled and they got the vent in. The furnace itself worked fine. They sent in an inspector to double check everything, they found three connectors that were leaking gas. They fixed it and the furnace is working fine now. I would never go back to them again. The quality, there was a part of it that poor, and a part that was good. They ignored our calls for several days. They were here when they said they were going to be here, but we were without heat for 7 nights. All of them were very professional except for the owner. They could have listened when we told them about our unusual roof and prepared for that in advance. They thought that they could just drill through it. It's a special membrane roof and if it's not treated right, it will leak. We had to call the original roofer to come and drill the hole. They weren't listening and weren't pro-active. **Update 4/15/16** On installation of A/C unit to furnace, missing duct work to back of furnace found.

I should have written this review month ago but I decided I would wait evaluate the performance of the system so I could provide a more detailed review. My apologies to the entire team for waiting so long!

I have nothing but great things to say about the entire process from start to finish from Miller's.

Salesman Leon Beck was a pleasure to work with. He was able to get me a very competitive price for my install that I was pleased with. I had obtained 6 quotations before giving Miller's a call after my co-worker recommended them and I don't regret that decision at all. His communication was via email for the most part which was most convenient for me. I had found only one
discrepancy with the air handler specified on the bid vs. the sales agreement and he resolved it within hours no questions  asked.

The demo/installation crew was great. I believe the two guys names were Shay and Shannon but I could be mistaken. Sorry if I am wrong guys. Their work was great and I didn't have any complaints. The entire process took all day because my old system was original to my 1979 house. What a beast!

I had another guy come by a few weeks later to clean my air ducts but I can?t remember his name. I had to schedule a few weeks out due to my busy schedule. His work took a few hours and everything went well. I had taken some before pictures of a few places with my camera phone inside the ductwork just to verify the work and I was pleased with the results.

I had yet another gentleman by the name of Tom stop by after the entire install and verify/test/tune the system. Tom was great and happy to answer all of my questions. I told him I wasn't really satisfied with the condensation drain pump outlet so close to the foundation and asked him if he could provide me some tubing to extend the drain line another 15+ feet to a location away from the house near my drain spout. I was completely fine with doing the work myself but to my surprise, he stopped by a few days later and just did the work for me. He even left several feet of extra tubing and some mounting hardware if I wanted to reroute further. What a great guy!

The performance on the system is the best part though. I have averaged about a 40% reduction each month in my electricity bill for the last 6 months. My equal pay power bill was $130/month for 2 years and I now the last 6 months I am averaging $76.75/month. Please note that I never had air conditioning before and I wasn?t able to use my last central heating system because it was too costly to operate. We used oil radiators for 2 years straight in the big house to save money but the power bill was still high. Now our home is warm in the winter and cool in this super-hot summer we are having!! I can even control the
entire system from my bed or in my car before I get home with the WIFI access. What more can a guy ask for!?
