Indoor air quality is one concern that homeowners have when they decide to investigate air duct cleaning. Your heating and cooling system is the lungs of your home. The system takes air in and breathes air out. Through normal occupation in a home, we generate a great deal of contaminants and air pollutants, such as dander, dust, and chemicals. These contaminants are pulled into the HVAC system and re-circulated 5 to 7 times per day, on average. Over time, this re-circulation causes a build-up of contaminants in the duct work. While dirty ducts don’t necessarily mean unhealthy air in your home, school or workplace, they may be contributing to larger health issues or harboring contaminants that could cause serious problems for people with respiratory health conditions, autoimmune disorders or some environmental allergies.

I was afraid to sleep with the AC at night because I didn't trust the air from the vents. In the past we had it cleaned but the companies who did the work never really cleaned all the way through. They just cleaned a few feet from the register. This last hot spell motivated me to find someone who would do the job right. I did my homework and searched all the usual places and checked for reviews, ratings and complaints with BBB. The time I spent was well worth it. I decided on Matt Jeppesen from Power Vac LLC. He arrived and in his no-nonsense way attacked the job. My husband and I were impressed with his tools and attitude. He did such a thorough job, I could immediately tell how much cleaner my air was. And his price was so reasonable. I had checked with other companies, and many wanted twice as much. Matt is an authentic, honest and hard-working guy. I couldn't recommend this company more highly!

Very professional. Ala and Bobby did a great job. They explained prior to starting the process they would use to clean our air ducts and dryer duct. We appreciated that they answered our questions as they efficiently cleaned each air duct. Best of all they were very conscious of keeping our house clean as they worked. 2 companies replied to my request. The other was a lot more expensive. Power Vac receptionist was proffesional and friendly. Crew was nice and proffesional as well. On time and able to come earlier if our schedule allowed. Gave a 4.5 Bc dryer had substantial lint between wall and w/d.. Verified that they did clean out dryer vent. Previous experience with another company, pulled w/d out from wall and cleaned Ducting from inside out, then reverse. No lint left behind. Dryer vent was an add on. No charge with furnace and vents cleaned. Overall I would definitly recommend and I will use again.

We had received a quote initially for a slightly higher amount but that amount was reduced at the time of service. We had already issued a check for the original quote and couldn't provide a revised check. We were fine with paying the original quoted price but the serviceman assured me he would discuss with owner and see if she would provide us a refund. She did which we received just a few days later. High points for integrity!!
