"Victor saved our kitchen. We had hoped to work with him on a dishwasher install in the fall but his busy schedule (he's popular for a reason!) led to us working with a gig employee from Porch.com. Big mistake! The job was done poorly and within a few weeks the dishwasher was trying to escape from below our counter. I told Victor about the issue and he asked good questions, discerning the situation, and promptly ordering clips for a proper mounting. He arrived and completed the job in an hour. He explained his work throughout the repair process so I could better understand what was done improperly by the previous guy. He then guaranteed his work. "It was over Christmas time so it took a long time for them to get out. I didn't feel like he gave me much of their ideas. My kitchen doesn't work for me and I gave them a picture of what I wanted. I didn't feel like they met that. They fell short of my expectations. It didn't cost more. They measured and looked around. The drawings that they gave me weren't significantly different than what I have. I think it was a good price. It would go towards the price if I did the work. They know what they are doing."
