"Victor saved our kitchen. We had hoped to work with him on a dishwasher install in the fall but his busy schedule (he's popular for a reason!) led to us working with a gig employee from Porch.com. Big mistake! The job was done poorly and within a few weeks the dishwasher was trying to escape from below our counter. I told Victor about the issue and he asked good questions, discerning the situation, and promptly ordering clips for a proper mounting. He arrived and completed the job in an hour.
